I wrote a scathing review of ShoeDazzle a couple of months ago titled "Crooks."
One of their customer service people replied to my review saying they would be reaching out to me to make me happy. They did. I explained to them that I was shocked to learn they had been charging me every month as part of some sort of subscription plan. I told them I had no interest in their plan and wanted my money back. They actually did send it to me. I got a check from them for over $500. Was surprised and delighted to get my money back.
Unfortunately, it seems I cannot edit my original review, so I am adding this one to let people know they are not the crooks that I thought they were. There subscription service is a bit shaky, but when I complained here about it, they did reach out to me and returned my money.

Excellent quality and shipping time for VIP membership I would recommend only if you are constantly needing new shoes otherwise you end up paying 39.95 for not buying shoes.

I'm torn on my feelings of Shoe Dazzle. They have a great selection of shoes, but there is a lot of fine print on membership fees, credits, and sales. They are quick to pull that money out too. I suggest signing up and ordering everything you want at once(1st order special discount)then cancel!

Ive always liked how their shoes look and feel, they are made with good materials. But at the same time, every single shoe/boot ive ever gotten from them has been way off in sizing. And this last time, i ordered a size and a half up from my normal size, and they still are too small! But the other pair in my order (ordered same size, both pairs) is a smidge too big! I just can't believe how wrong the sizing is. That is the reason I won't be buying anymore. And it's like that with justFab too, and it's been like this for a long time. Cute shoes, well made, bad sizing. I'm sorry shoe dazzle, but it's sadly true.

I was unaware of the VIP membership hidden fee of $39.95 a month. You have to skip a month otherwise they will charge the credit card or debit card that you used at the time of your purchase on the sixth of every month unless you cancel or skip a month. I also do not like the fact that they store your information in their system for future use without your knowledge. Shady! The young lady in customer service said that this is outlined in the terms and conditions to the VIP membership. People, this is a lesson! Please read the terms and conditions on everything. Needless to say, I cancelled and I won't be shopping at ShoeDazzle anymore. I feel betrayed even though it was partly my fault because I did not read the terms and conditions. I did request a refund on the charges and she told me she would issue the refund which makes me feel better. I hope this helps someone.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
