Good quality shoes and mostly true to size. I got one pair from shoe fab and they were not true to size ended up giving them away I only want shoe dazzle shoes because my feet are a true size 12 and I can't afford smaller shoes
I signed up thinking it would be a great way to renew my wardrobe. Boy was i surprised. After placing my initial order at the end of whatever month it was, i was then charged the 39.95 just a few days later as i fell in the 1st-5th date just that fast. I then had my money held on the account as a "credit" for almost 2 months before i found an item i was willing to spend 39.95 on. I could NOT use my credit on ANY promos during that time even though it was my money on the account and they ran a promo just about every week and NONE of them allowed credits. If i could have used my credits for the promos i would probably have stayed and let it build up on the account to make a large purchase to get more bang for my buck but sadly, you all dont operate in a way that is worth it for this customer.

I bought 2 shoes both size 7.5 and one was bigger than the other. I do not know how that is possible.
And the shoe that fit also had the buckle spoilt. It is a beautiful shoe but I cannot even wear it

I purchased a shoe about 3 months ago and it was too big! I was going to send it back but it was just too cute. On May 9th I noticed that the restocked the shoe! I was excited until I tried to exchange online and thru wouldn't allow it! I ended up calling and the were so nice to take it back I was beyond happy! Ive ordered from shoe dazzle frequently. I love all of my shoes. The only thing is I always have to order 1/2 size bigger. Im normally a 7 1/2 I have to order all shoes in a 8 but they fit very comfortably.

I love Shoe Dazzle for having such a large variety and bigger shoe sizes, but they are almost immediately out of stock on the better shoes that are available on the site. In addition to running out of the good shoes rapidly, the add to waitlist button doesn't work for some odd reason. Also, you cannot combine VIP credit and other promotions. I think that's a load of bull. If you can take $40 out of my account each month, I should be able to combine deals. You either have to pay $39.95 for a shoe that is on sale for $20 at the moment (if you want to use your VIP credit) or pay the $20 for that shoe even though you have a VIP credit sitting right there! That's redundant to me. The company needs more flexibility with the way a VIP credit can be used and let us combine promotions. The shoes themselves are great on their own and I always get compliments on any shoes I purchase from this site. It's the VIP credit bull that makes me skip each month.

I ordered a pair thinking it was going to be 13.95 it was but the next month they took out 39.95 when I called the company they told me it was in the print I told the guy who barely spoke english yeah your prints so tiny nobody can read it he did not give me my money back so i called my bank and got it back that way he was very rude and not willing to work with me

I've shopped with ShoeDazzle before and this is not the same case. I can't even get an estimated date of when my shipment will be delivered and the tracking system sucks so far. I'm still waiting for my delivery with no idea whatsoever of when it will get to me.

Happy with all my purchases. I did purchase a pair of rubber boots that after wearing less than a dozen times have started to come apart at tha seam. But other then that I have a very happy VIP customer!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
