I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and paid for 2 to 5 day shipping, on 5/20, I never received an email confirming my order or the tracking information. I finally logs In My account and tracking states I will receive my shoes on 5/29. I paid an additional $6.99 just to receive my shoes early, do I can have them for my trip... unfortunately they will not be here in time... I will be canceling my membership and I would not recommend Shoedazzle. Very unprofessional and their website is misleading. I will be reporting to the BBB.

Over-all the majority of the shoes and boots I've ordered are a bargain! The purses are very fashionable, and all of worn well, with little to no problems (zippers, etc). Shipping is good, the packaging is GREAT, and the what awaits you inside is fantastic!

They refused to assist me. I told them I had made two returns and they conveniently "couldn't see" them in the system. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank. I work in customer service and I have never treated a customer as poorly as they treated me.

I didnt want this item but had no choice because they charged my account for not skipping and wouldn't give me a refund. So now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I dont like.

I absolutely love shoe dazzle! A good 75-80% of the shoes I wear come from shoe dazzle or their sister site. The sales can be really really phenomenal when you catch the right ones. I even killed it at dinner at STK in Atlanta a couple weeks ago with a gorgeous cocktail dress i paid $12 for! Got so many compliments that night. If you're on the fence, take the leap & sign up! You won't regret it! The best thing is really is no commitment, you can skip every month if you choose to.

I cannot wear anything higher than a 2-inch heel and that is not a problem because the selection of shoes does not disappoint. I can choose from a boot to a sneaker or anklet to a dress shoe. Looking for clothes they have you covered, too.

The products are decent. They have no sole so my feet end up hurting, but I love the styles! When I need customer service, they're excruciatingly helpful and they're available anytime! However, I hate the fine print on their deals. I can't combine any deals, or they're only valid over a certain dollar amount, etc.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
