I bought a pair of shoes for my wedding and when I checked out they force you into a subscription with out your knowledge. I didn't know I was being charged until I looked at my bank statement. They had already taken 2 months of subscription. I ask for a full refund and they said they would only refund me one months. I am currently in the process of disputing the other transaction with my bank. If you buy from them be very careful in how you check out and what you agree to. I personally am appalled by their business tactics to try and get money instead of keeping their customers happy

They overpriced you for shoes that are not that great in quality. Also, they charge you monthly payments of $39 even if you did not order anything.

I joined shoe dazzle and became a VIP member when it first started. Why did the VIP change to where I no longer receive the VIP member discount prices on merchandise? Check my account and you will see how long I have purchased from you. I am on a fixed income and feel like you all have just kicked my to the curb once you got so big. I am part of the reason you've grown so big by purchasing and referring my family and friends to purchase from you. Remember, you had to start somewhere, and I supported you in your endeavors. I feel like I should be "Grandfathered In" as a VIP member at the same amount I started with and ALL the benefits of a VIP member of Today. One of the shoes I ordered didn't came in the box with the others, but it was detailed in the invoice. I have to contact customer service and they told me that they forgot to include them with my order and will be delivered separately. Also, they told me that I was supposed to receive an email explaining the situation, but it was never received. The item was delivered two days after the expected delivery date with the box in terrible conditions. I'm very disappointed and considering not order anymore.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
