Been trying to cancel Can't cancel cuz only foreign people answer calls and to much background noise and shoes fall apart within months
So far I've loved almost every one of my purchases and they've been great. I feel like the material could always be better and that they could strive to be that.

The quality of the material of the shoe is not what it used to be.
The last 4 pairs of shoes have been constructed with materials that are not long lasting as the shoes I bought in 2017. The quality of the shoe does not warrant the cost. I will only order what is on sale or 1/2 price because that is all it is worth.

I strongly dislike that I cannot spend credits (my money, already paid. Should act as a bank) on sale items at the discounted price. I am also frustrated at how often stuff I might buy is sold out in my size.

The shoes don't fit at all, they always come late or they don't come at all. Customer service is attentive but I rather good service and products to begin with.

I have not looked at, thought about, even worn the shoes I ordered from ShoeDazzle in two years, when I was pregnant with my son. And TODAY a 39.95 charge shows up on my Amex?! A charge showed up on my card in October 2017. I called and canceled my suppose to already be canceled membership again back then in October and now again today! I have all of it documented. Stay away from ShoeDazzle! Their checkout system will trick you into a "membership" without your knowledge and consent. You will end up paying monthly subscription $39.95 for YEARS without knowing! - This is what happened to me...
I have newer subscribed to any membership and never agreed to any monthly payments.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
