I ordered 3 pair of boots for my wife. Company rep guaranteed I will receive in 7-10 days. I received tracking number on my account without shipping information. Contacted customer service who told me to contact Fed Ex. Contacted Fed Ex who told me to contact Shodazzle. Finally received box from shoedazzle but it contained order for someone in California. I live in Ohio. Contacted customer service again. Told in order to receive my order I must return wrong order. No problem. Contacted customer service again, they told me 2 of the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered are no longer available. I explained I haven't received email with return label and was told they never offer return slips and I can keep shoes or give away. I informed costumer service to give me a complete refund and cancel my membership. This company is a complete comedy show
I ordered a pair of boots and was never told that they were automatically signing me up for a vip membership and charging me 39.95 a month! The boots I ordered were a taupe colored bootie with a small heel. My first and only order came in today... they sent me a black bootie with the biggest, skinniest hooker hell you ever seen! Now I'm in the process of trying to get a refund or get the booties I actually purchased! If this doesn't happen, y'all will be paying my doctor bills when I break my neck trying to walk in these awful ugly hooker boots y'all decided amongst yourselves to send me!
I purchased two pairs of boots and couldn't wait to wear them for the fall season but my calf's are too $#*! for the width of the boots... I've gone to other stores in the mall and most fit my body weight... any way to improve this issue? Or should I start losing weight ASAP...

This website is amazing for finding shows. But when you become a VIP member and you wanna give them 34$ a month then you have to skip the month each and every time. You can cancel it unless you talk to someone. They should add an option to cancel it on your own or to just not automatically become VIP

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes with my VIP credits. Only one pair showed up. When I contacted them they said it was because the other one was sold out at time of shipping and I would be credited for it, which I was not. Also did not appreciate not getting an email or notification to let me know the shoes were sold out.
I also did not appreciate ShoeDazzle sharing my banking info with JustFab. I did not consent to this and read through the terms and conditions, and did not see anywhere that said ShoeDazzle would/could share my banking information. JustFab then charged me twice in one week.
I tried to get back my credit that was missing with no luck so I cancelled my vip subscription. I will never shop this site again and would never recommend it to anyone

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
