The sales are great and customer service is extremely helpful, but the shipping is very slow. It can take over two weeks to receive a package. I'm also not a huge fan of FedEx and that's the shipping service you use.

Not a big deal I just ordered boots and sweaters, I have been a customer of Shoe Dazzle for sometime now and I don't have any issues. When something doesn't fit or I don't want it is an easy return.

I called in and a representative created a return label for me and processed the exchange for my boots. I only requested for wide calf the same boots. After a few weeks of the items being returned to the warehouse I still had no boots. I called and the next representative stated she could only issue a refund and not send the boots I wanted as they were no longer available. I have been a vip member over a year and this is terrible service I received.

These are super cute. And true to the size! These are very nice looking with fitted jeans. I would definitely recommend shoe dazzle to my friends, this is my 8th purchase from here, and I've been please all eight times!

F your consider ordering from shoedazzle and you live within the hawaii area be careful as good as there things sound when you go to check out it gives you shipping options what it lacks to inform you that it only applies to 48 states and when you receive an email with tracking number stating your package will be delivered on 11/5... ONE MONTH TO RECEIVE IT IN HAWAII HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT... so unless you dont mind 1 month wait then your all good other then that I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

I called into customer service to cancel my account and they stated that it's been canceled. I continued to receive emails so I called again to make sure it's been canceled, the representative assured me it has been canceled and that the emails are just promos. The following month I got billed for my account that was supposed to be canceled. Completely unacceptable.

I wouldn't recommend this site. They will only accept a return within 30 days and I have been disappointed by every pair I have purchased. The boots I bought broke the first and only time I ever wore them.

I may have aged out of ShoeDazzle. I'm 60 years old and haven't really found anything in a while. Then I ordered some wedges that fell apart on the 1st time out, which was disappointing. But I'll hang in there 'cause I loved it for nearly 10 years. Maybe gifts for the grandgirls.
Shoedazzle leaves a bad taste in my mouth! Company sucks! And too expensive! The first time you buy something you get a deal and after that everything is way overpriced for clothing and shoes! You can get merchandise for half the price somewhere else! Then after your first purchase, you're automatically being charged a monthly fee which I clearly didnt want to agree to. Not only I couldn't get my money back from all the monthly fees I was charged and didn't know and also didn't buy anything else during that subscription. I had no choice but to use up the money on your overpriced merchandise! The only thing that's going good for them is their customer service... Even their representatives knew Shoedazzle advertisements are deceitful and not worth the money! Scamming $#*! company!
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
