I like shoe dazzle. It's really frustrating going threw pages of items n putting them in cart to find they disappeared. So hopefully that will get fixed soon.
The quality of the shoes is not super great. The shoes are true to size and the variety is awesome. I wish some of the high heels were not so high. Overall, it's ok. Just remember to skip a month or you will be charged!
I've been subscribed to Shoe Dazzle for about 5 years now. The quality of their shoes has really gone down. The sizing isn't consistent and the materials are of EXTREMELY poor quality. I've tried to cancel my subscription but I've gotten no response from customer service. I used to recommend Shoe Dazzle to everyone now I'm not even sure I can wear my recently purchased shoes. I'm really unhappy bc historically the styles were cute and the prices reasonable. Not too expensive for the quality. Just not wearable.

The button on my jeans feel off the first day I wore Than and the shoes didn't fit true to size. They are also unbelievably uncomfortable and poorly made. Not the first thing I've gotten that was just subpar.

Just like shoedazzle a lot but when you want a refund on something, they either don't refund, or refund takes forever to get back to you, this is the only thing wrong. One other thing, some of the items do not look anything like the item you see online. That's a disappointment.

Don't always have my size in stock and sizes vary. Some fit well, some fit small, and it's too much of a struggle to return or exchange.

I Honestly love the site, sometimes i can find unique items that I would not otherwise find in store, and This is the best customer service department I've ever dealt with. Their goal is always to keep happy, satisfied and loyal customers
I called with an issue on sizes and a return that was complex and was so happy to have a person that was able to return and reorder the items that were needed. This was a large change to a large order and the patience and attention to detail was something other service reps should study.

This site is my happy place! I honestly love love love love love love shopping from this site. I recommend it to all my peeps. I am reminded daily of how amazing I look when I'm strutting my new threads and/or foot wear. I literally stopped traffic the other day. The only suggestion I have would be a "warming label" lol! Wearing the styles that I purchase from this site could be hazardous to others' welfare. The other day my boyfriend commented that I should be careful - due to the fact that the probability of my hot ensemble causing a 20-car pile up!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
