I did had a few issues with receiving the wrong shoe size TWICE! But the representative was very patience and nice. They solved the problem and allow me to just order another pair of shoes. I was very upset and this is the first time I had any issues in years with ShoeDazzle. Hoping this never happens again.
I paid my money for a pair of boots, they cancelled with no explanation why. The order never said it had been cancelled I found out myself by checking my order after it was late. Then when I spoke to a representative, all they could say was we can give you 10 percent off another pair...

Two pairs of shoes broke within 5 minutes of wearing them. Customer service said I could exchange them, once I PAID the shipping fee to return them. No credit for those monies paid. I was then told the shoes weren't available anymore. I DO NOT LIKE THIS WEBSITE AND AM ONLY TRYING TO USE UP SOME CREDITS I HAVE SO I CAN CANCEL AND NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I purchased a pair of "Gladiator" sandals, one of the straps that goes across the top of my foot broke... the white zippered back sandal. Fit not too comfortable... the furry boots I just ordered, I may send back... too wide for my legs.

Shoes looked better online, not at all what I was expecting. Can I get a refund? Also size run too small
First let me say that Shoedazzle itself is a great site and I've been a member since 2014. These shoes, however, were so confusing. Putting them on requires untangling and really tugging the straps around the ankle. Then they dug into my foot and started cutting off circulation. I ended up cutting them, eliminating a wrap around the ankle and they worked. (And I am a normal clothing size 8/10 girl with size 8-8.5 shoe) so I dunno

I've worn the shoes twice and both times the chain broke on me. The first and second time the chain broke I was able to fix it, but the third time the chain broke I can't fix it.

The shoes (which I understand are the main product) are fashionable and reasonably priced. I ventured out and bought about 10 clothing items. I was pretty disappointed with the fit and quality of the clothes and had to return most of them.
Everything was wonderful. I do not do a lot of online shopping, but I love shopping from shoe dazzle you have beautiful shoes and I just love my jumpsuit that I ordered. Thank you very much

I LOVE these shoes. I have always liked the "Hidden Wedge" sneaker, but most of the ones I've looked at have a VERY HIGH HEEL. However, the sneakers I just ordered, do not have a high heel and are very comfortable. I've found that ShoeDazzle is true to size and have never had to send anything back.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
