I absolutely love their styles and colors and the sales are always great Unfortunately I find more often than not the shoes are not true to size. Ive ordered 5 pairs of 8 i either had to give away or just let sit in the box.

It took more then 30 days to get my shoes and when I didn't like them they wldnt let me return because it had been more than 30 days.

Nearly everything that I have ordered from Shoedazzle over the years has been poorly made and the shoes are some of the most uncomfortable things to ever go on my feet. I keep hoping that they will improve but it just hasn't happened. I will be cancelling my membership and forfeiting credits because why buy anything if I am not going to use it?

Everything I've gotten has been poor quality and nothing has fit, but it's so difficult to exchange your order or even cancel your subscription that I go into the website every month and skip the month so I don't get charged for it.

Horrible customer service, horrible! I had 2 pair of shoes that were not delivered to my house, the previous order was not delivered to my home. I had messages from a neighbor who knows very well that fed ex delivers our packages to her most of the time, which we get those back from her, but when they deliver them up the road or where ever else, we have not gotten them back. I was told that since the previous order didn't arrive and they replaced those ($23.80 bill amount) that there was nothing that they could do about this time. So this time I was out 2 pair of shoes which wasn't alot but was still around $50 because they were on sale, and nothing compensated. Haven't ordered since and never plan to again. It takes forever to get your packages, not all the time, but the majority of the time. Through one of their partners, I ordered boots in dec, never came so was credited back, reordered the boots in february and once again, they still say in transit, so it was the end of march before i got any type of shoes from them. Boot season was over and i had this huge order for discounted boots. Tneres still 2 orders that say in transit, one for 9 pair of boots and the other for 4 pair. It's crazy that a business this big can't get things moving along faster and the customer service needs some serious attention.

I love what this website provides and most of the merchandise, but it's extremely annoying trying to navigate through the pages. Once you place an item in cart or click to get a better view and you hit the back button, it does not bring me back to where I left off. It keeps bringing me back to the very beginning. It would be beneficial to add the option to view specific page numbers instead of just clicking an arrow and having to go all the way through every page again to get back to where you were. I was pretty close to just canceling and not dealing with your site any longer. Hopefully y'all can address this and create an update to fix the problem.

Yall sent me wrong shoes then made the process to send them back harder was told I will get a shipping label through the mail cause I told u all personal I don't own a printer never got it then when I called about it befor the seven days were up u all send me another link to print the label out when I told u all I don't own a printer told me to go to usps to have them ship it to yall had to pay out of pocket for the label and the shipping to never get my shoes I will never us yall services ever again!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
