Let me start by saying I hardly ever leave a review for a company. Usually if I don't like the service, I just move on and never order from them again. But "Shoedazzle" takes the cake this time.
I was told about "Shoedazzle" from a friend as a place to get some cheap(ish) shoes for a Halloween costume. So I visited the online store and found a pair of boots that would've worked perfectly with my costume (Dolores VanCatier for those of you in the know). Ordering the boots I paid for express shipping so they could get to me in time (they did not).
After waiting a couple of days I got no new shipping information as to the whereabouts of my shoes. So like a normal customer would, I called the customer service hotline. After finally reaching someone through the automated system I laid out my case as to where my missing boots were. I explained how I paid for express shipping and the website said they'd ship in 2-3 business days. For context I ordered the boots on a Thursday and waited until the following Wednesday to contact customer service.
Of course customer service was unable to locate my boots and thus tried to move the goal post on their "express shipping" policy. Stating it takes a couple days to process and then the express shipping would go into effect. So instead of 2-3 business days it was more like 5-7…which of course is NOT express shipping. Especially for $14.99 extra.
So after going back and forth with upper management I was finally refunded my express shipping cost. I asked, if they were able to locate my boots, then I'd just wait for them and forego trying to get a full refund. They could not locate my boots.
So after waiting 2 more days (Friday) according to their "new" express delivery policy, I called back asking where my shoes were again. This time asking for a full refund because it had been an entire 7 business days(Thursday to Friday) with my express shipping. After being told I wouldn't be allowed a refund I again had to speak to a managing supervisor to get my full money back…which I did.
Come Saturday…still no shoes. The following Monday…still no shoes. Finally on Tuesday (a full 10 business days later) I randomly received my shoes. But here's the gag…after opening the box…they were the WRONG SHOES and a completely different size than I had ordered. You've got to be kidding me right? This business is a joke and I wouldn't waste my time ever shopping here. Customer services needs a better phone connection so they can actually do some work instead of putting me on hold only to get disconnected. Also, the shipping department needs a refresher course on how to actually send people the right product. Please don't offer a service you clearly can't fulfill. What a waste of time!

Whenever I decide I like a certain shoe I'll purchase it. I don't buy every month as my budget won't allow me too. I've been very satisfied with there shoes 99% of the time. Once in a great while the steps are too long for my smaller ankles.
I do wish they had more shoes with wedge heels that aren't mostly really tall. Also dress shoes with lower heels and thicker foot bed.

I purchased 2 clothing items and they were shipped together, under one label. Both items were too small, so I returned them. Shipped them back together in the same bag they came in. I printed off a return label from the site. After many attempts to see the status of my credit, I was told that only one was received back to the warehouse. Customer service kept telling me to wait until the second item has been received. Again, they were shipped together in the same bag. I waited a while and kept calling back. I was starting to feel they (ShoeDazzle) were giving me the run-around. I canceled my account and still never received credit for the second item. Not going back.

Their shoes are good for the price.: I somehow lasted me a few years and others a couple of seasons but the prices are unbelievable! So if I do wear a pair of shoes I can just go back on and get another for a reasonable amount. Plus every customer service. And packaging is always great.

I just really hate this company overall and I only purchased one pair of shoes. They delivered my package to the the wrong apartment and that issue didn't get resolved until three days later. That's three days past the day I needed them and I chose overnight shipping and they didn't get to me over night they got to me a week later. Once I got the shoe the bottom of one shoe was already black as if it had been worn. The shoe ended up not fitting anyways but that part is on me. Customer service agents were useless also. I had to send an email. Too much for someone who wanted their shoes overnighted. I just wanted what I paid for. Wasted my time and money and my patience. Never shopping here again and I'm telling all my friends too.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
