Original pair had to be returned (size issue), they processed the returned and got a replacement pair out very quickly. I was impressed by the customer service.

I would like a refund I ordered maybe six months ago or four either way I didn't receive anything and there is no customer service number to be able to resolve this matter. Don't trust this website.

I have large and wide feet, and I am plus sized, so wide calves as well. I love shoedazzle because I can always find really cute shoes that fit me. The sales are amazing. Before I had kids, I owned so many cute shoes. My feet somehow became larger after children, and I had to give up my shoe collection, which was painful lol. I have a HUGE shoe collection that I love again, thanks to shoedazzle!

First off they were late, when I called customer service they were very very rude to me, they were delivered way way down the dirt driveway far from our house, in the pouring rain and in the mud just left there. Then I open them and these boots are so cheap looking, they're the wrong color, and the soles have two big lumps in them so you can't wear them! After 1 hour of wearing these shoes my back and feet hurt so bad I couldn't even walk for a couple hours. They're terrible and I want my money back immediately!

They were very helpful and made up for everything that didn't happen by the time I found out my package was lost because of the holidays they made it up to me ×5 I wasn't even upset and the boots I ended up getting in the long run are by far my favorite pair I wear them everyday... I love my boot

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
