Didn't get a full refund and u end up paying for shipping it back. So you end up paying for shoes that u don't actually own even if u return them in very good condition

I have been a customer for a long time and each time I made a purchase I was very satisfied. I love the fact that you don't have to pay for returns. Believe it or not, that is a very big deal because a customer purchasing your merchandise via mail, not everything fits correctly espceially if you can't try it on so you're basically taking a chance on the fit. I think the free return labels are a BIG Plus for me and I will continue to be a Shoe Dazzle customer. Some of these online services should learn from Shoe Dazzle becuase without the customers, umm like... where would you be...

I have ordered probably 6-7 shoes through shoe dazzle and they are all of great quality, I get compliments on all of them. My legs are very skinny so a pair of boots look excessive on my thighs and I bought heels that are supposed to wrap around your leg but mine just fall to my ankles, there is no way to adjust them to my skinny ankles.

My package is lost. They refused to contact shipper until 16 days after shipping. I also can't get a refund until 16 days after the date. Ridiculous.

I was spoken to by a very friendly, "warm" young man who was a pleasure to talk to from the moment he said hello!

I love shoes and love to match in different ways and colors, love the fact that they're accurate with shoe sizes and I am able to find any color or style. Shoes are great quality and heels don't actually break.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes one pair got charged 3 times once every month, I never got reimbursed because they said the same pair of shoes was sent to me 3 times, business with this company is a headache from the shipping to the quality, freaking headache.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
