Ordering was th easy part but it went down hill after that.when the package arrived I tried on all 4 pair to my disappointment none fit but what was crazy was some were too big some too small! Again return SEEMS easy but brought them to the return location got a return confirmation immediately yet I'm waiting for the return and the exchange still and I also lost the deals I had originally had in my cart. Instead of the deal which was the original reason i made a purchase I returned 2 exchange 2 and it came to almost the same price.
I ordered the same shoe in a smaller size and they are still too big. Then, the dress was much longer than I thought it would be.
I received an email last Friday that my order would be delivered the next day, but it wasn't and tracking hasn't been updated since Monday. ShoeDazzle customer service was unable to help and OnTrac said someone would respond in a minimum of two business days. I AM BEYOND PISSED OFF!
I will never wear these shoes. They don't even follow the shape of a foot. They do look like Birkenstocks in the ad. Not at all in person. I couldn't even take 2 steps wearing them

I have a package that's been stuck at Fed Ex. I spoke to Fed Ex to see when it would show some movement and they were unable to help-it was truly an exercise in futility. I contacted Shoe dazzle and explained the situation. After seeing the same shipping information as me, they advised that most shipments are delivered within 6-14 days and if my shipment didn't arrive by a certain day to let them know. Lo and behold, an email arrived the following morning showing my package to be delivered the following day. I'm giving four stars for Shoe Dazzle to have FedEx do their jobs, but until I have package in hand, I'm reserving judgement
I ordered a pair of shoes that I ultimately issued an exchange for. After a couple weeks the shoes never shipped. I reached out to customer service and they tell me now the shoe is out of stock and they were issuing me a credit.
Why didn't the shoe ship when I processed the exchange? Why did I have to reach out to them. I imagine had I not called the order would have been stuck and I never would have gotten an update on it.
The story continues and ultimately they sent me a shoe but not before I almost had to sing a song and do a dance.
I didn't like the process or the level of service I received so I will be cancelling my membership and won't bother to order from them again.
I finally found some new style of shoes that I wanted. I'm very happy.
Been with them for years and years. Never had a problem with buying, returning,refund or delivery. I love their shoes.for old and young even kids. Have not bought shoes from any other store but ShoeDazzle all these years.

I recently purchased the knee high boots with pockets. They are amazing, comfortable, stylish. It was my first purchase, so I paid just $10! I received my order much earlier than expected, it was earlier than they had estimated time of delivery as well. My overall experience with Shoesazzle has been great! I would recommend that anyone to at least take advantage of first time purchasing deals!
Extremely slow shipping, pretty good prices. Lots of emails to review products but still a few days away from getting shoes, which makes me extra annoyed about the slow shipping. Maybe send the emails a month after the shoes, since that's how long the shoes take to get to the customer.

The boots looks good but not made from very good material. The zipper on the side makes it much easier to put on then the old type workboots.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
