IT was very pleasant. However, the shoe selection for the kids is very limited, there's nothing available for my sons.
Some of the shoes are too tall (heels). It'd be great if they offer the shoes with hill size options

I wound up waiting on my delivery for three weeks. My shoes arrived on the very last possible day before they would owe me a refund and I didn't have them to wear for six different occasions I needed them for in the meantime.

I have been buying from Shoedazzle for more than 6 months now.
The quality is amazing.
My only complaint is the sizing.
An 8 in one style is bigger and another is smaller than the standard 8 I am used to. I have to check reviews and sizing guides to determine which size to buy and then even that is not accurate.
I have had to exchange my shoes due to sizing recently.

I'm very happy that I paid a discounted rate for the items that I got from ShoeDazzle. I would never have paid full price for the quality that I got. A larger bag that I ordered is already having issues. The small purse that I got is decent. After finding out what this company stands for I decided to cancel my membership. I refuse to support virtue signalling companies. It is important that the company's I support also a line with my values and morals. This company definitely does not. Overall it's not too much of a loss because the products aren't worth the money you pay.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
