I am 5'9 and love to wear heels the thing is I don't wear anything about 3 inches the heel on the website or very beautiful is just not for me I would love it if you guys could make shorty heels. You know I just want a comfortable shoes but also wanted it to look cute

I am very satisfied with Shoedazzle. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes/sandals recently and love them all! However, I had to return one (the ones I loved the most) not due to any fault of Shoedazzle, I just couldn't walk in them, and I tried (SMH). But even the return process was seamless! I love the other 2 pair and have gotten rave compliments on the one I've worn already. The shoes are high quality and very stylish! I love Shoedazzle and will continue to order and recommend them as a go to for online affordable and stylish shoes! Customer Service is great too, I forgot to skip a month and really had intended to. I called Cust. Serv. The next day and the Rep skipped the month for me and stated my card on file would not be charged! So even Customer Service is seamless to deal with!

First VIP Shodazzle experience… 2 pairs out of 3 did not fit, which is fine. Returned them for exchange the next day after reception. That was June 18th and return was received within the following week. Almost a month later still did not get the new size and no update on my order online.

I have been with ShoeDazzle for almost eight years and have never had an issue. Any issues were due to me not ordering the correct size. Shipping is fairly fast considering the current world situation.

I called in because my husband had created a account and I didn't know that so I created one as well! When I found out I quickly called in to fix it! I've been with shoe fab for years so I NEVER had a representative speak to ME the way the one from shoe dazzle did! He REALLY is the reason I cancelled! I won't order another pair from them ever! You shouldn't have people trying to accuse you of malipulive behavior, when I called in and explained that it was a error in the first place! I spend alot of money on shoes! I won't be with shoe dazzle! They employ rude rep's!

I failed to skip the month 2x. When I wanted to use my credits I was only allowed to use one credit. Not fair, all credits should be applied when possible.

I have adema my feet have been swelling since I was 12 but not like now in my adult life. I was diagnosed 2yrs. Ago just in the last year I have not been able to wear any of my shoes except slippers or some Thongs. I took the chance ordering because they are thongs unfortunately I can't wear them I have about 15 to pair's of pretty shoes that I can only look at it hurts because I love my shoes. I gave a couple away but not the ones I can't let go. I have a Treatment that I do every day with a machine that is to circulate my blood up to my heart and back to my feet the only thing is there is no cure but they are trying to get the swelling down some. I am 72 as of March Retired Divorced Happily and this happens but it could be a lot worse. I will not let my shoes go just in case things turn around and I will be able to wear some of them I plan on selling some but not right now I'll just keep looking at my collection.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
