I was looking forward to join with Shoedazzle, but I don't think I am going to order from the company anymore. Over a month later after my initial purchase date I still haven't received my order. According to company my order is shipped to me 3 times. First time the shipping company returned my order because the package was damaged or at least that was what I was told. Now the company promises to reship my order but one of the items that I ordered was out of stock I was given a store credit for this item. Once I looked at my account I saw the store credit however few days later when I logged back to my account to see how my re-shipment is doing I noticed that the store credit amount was reduced on my account. Finally few days later I received a notification that my item was delivered and left on my front door our daughter went to see but no package I then contacted in customer service where I was told that I should wait few more days since delivery company sometimes marks items delivered few days beforehand. Now I haven't never heard anything like that, but I waited another day but no package. I contacted again to resolve the issue when I was told to change my shipping address only additional address I was able to give was my work place and as of right now I am still waiting to receive this order that I placed over a month ago. Not really customer friendly company. I would understand that shipping may take extra if I would be living in country but so far all other companies that we have ordered we have received our items no problem at all. Seems that Shoedazzle is the only company that can't have their items delivered in timely manner.

Shoe material is very cheap and not anything like leather. Very disappointed. I have been buying from Shoedazzel for many years and quality just keeps getting worse.

I was unable to get a clear answer from my question. I wanted to exchange multiple order at once, but now I have to do it one at a time and wait for a long time to get each of my order to the right size for me. All in all great website and benefits.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
