Visited ShoeDazzle website and received a pop-up notification that said: "Shopping from Canada? Click Here" with a Canada flag, so I did, as anyone would when recommended. The prices on the website slightly increased, as they do, so I continued on and ordered 3 pairs for a total of just under $100 with shipping. There was ZERO indication that this was in USD. It offered me a Canadian site. The prices increased. There was no USD mention anywhere. It wasn't until 3 days later I received a $138 charge, plus a $15 conversion fee on my credit card that I noticed it was USD. I immediately contacted support to cancel the order, only to be told it had just shipped and they couldn't cancel it. No problem, I'd just return them! Nope, I'd have to pay for TRACKED shipping (to the tune of another $39 for the size and weight with my postal service), plus pay a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price according to support. Darned if I do, darned if I don't. Whatever, I'll keep them then I guess. Except they look almost NOTHING like their advertised photos! One pair was supposed to be a deep blue bootie, they are like fluorescent blue with WINTER TREAD SOLES! Who is wearing 4.5" suede style material heels in winter?. Black tight over the knee boots go up to nearly my crotch, don't widen at the top to accommodate for thighs (same diameter from mid calf to top of boot) and are baggy and loose down at the middle, but extremely tight at the top because of this. I didn't even bother trying on the sandal style heels as they just look cheap and flimsy.
Overall I am incredibly disappointed and should have stuck with local shops that sell higher quality shoes for the same price once you factor in the conversion. Do not recommend.
I've been a customer of Shoe Dazzle since 2013 or 2014... Never been disappointed, never had a problem if I needed to return an item! VIP membership is a must, and you can always "skip" a month! Don't miss out!

I ordered my boots back in October and still haven't received any kind of updates or anything. I even emailed looking for status and no response. I've been a loyal customer for about 10 yrs now. Smh what a disappointment.

I bought the white pair and I wanted the red pair so I bought them. Love the color and suede, wore them w my Spanish pirate costume and they were perfect. Love that they zip up on the side and have a high stacked heel w grip. Might get the other two colors, would love a light pink and blue boot. Awesome price on sale. Definitely recommend

I paid extra for my sandals to arrive within 2-3 days of my purchase. When my package arrived not only did I get the wrong size I got the wrong shoe! I got somebody else's order. So I called and spoke to a nice representative she assisted me in getting my sandals expedited. I explained to her that I had an event on Saturday and needed my shoes asap. So she was great at doing everything she could to fix someone else's mistake. So thank you to her but Saturday came and my shoes were never delivered to me. I was late to my event because I had to go out of my way to go to Belk and try to find some new sandals. I was late and had to spend $100 on some new sandals. I feel like I should get my money back since I paid EXTRA for my shoes to be delivered to me by a certain time and I did not get that!

Ok so I don't normally shop online cuz it's annoying especially for shoes. I always manage to get the wrong size or like the shoes look so different from the ones in the picture, also a cheap quality(cough* cough* shein). BUT FEAR NOT cuz I swear to you Shoedazzle is actually good. I did only order one pair (these amazing high heeled black boots with a gold chain down the side for Halloween) but they were honestly so good. The quality matched the price which by the way since it was my first purchase it was like only 18$. I know the price rises after that like 30-40$ I think, but if you compare it to boots u might buy somewhere else for more money or some shady website for less and a cheaper quality, shoe dazzle is a way better option. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Package was supposed to be delivered on October 31st but wasn't because they couldn't find my house. Then I gave extra directions and it was supposed to be here on nov 2nd. It still hasn't arrived and I am being asked again for extra directions. I just ordered shoes from da kids that uses the same shipping company. Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
