I ordered 3 pair of shoes with my size set at 10. I got one that is a 10, one is a 9, and one is a 7. I have tried several times to do a return for a credit and it errors and won't let me continue.

VIP is a huge plus for me, the fact that I've a closet full with shoes of different styles and colors and it's all thanks to shoedazzle,, I'm very much impressed honestly…. Let the truth be said,, my only issue is the size of the heels,, this can be a pros and cons for anyone, but if you have a small tiny feet like me then you'll understand. Now this is not to scare anyone,, it's just my opinion
It is a cons for me tho,,,, but it's okay because I'm not a big fan of heels anyway even though I'll love shoedazzle to work on it and improve because they really have some cute heels and I'm tempted to buy them. Lol

My order was divided in two packages and only one package was the delivered, the second package was delivered to the wrong address.

I ordered a shoe and the delivery date was about a week and a half out. 3 weeks past, I got a "Delivered" but still nothing. I called customer service and the representative made it seem like it was my fault the package never got delivered to me. Didn't get me a full refund either and she let me know the boots were already sold out.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
