Sneakers are comfy and stylish. Price is not bad either. However, ordered a black sneakers and got a color totally different from what I ordered.

I never received my order
I tried tracking the package but it is nowhere to be found

My order was delivered to wrong address I never got my order they refunded me half my money not all I was refunded 19.95 instead of 25.55
Unfortunately I have not yet received my order. Tracking has not be updated since November 11th, it is now November 20th. Have ordered in the past and always been happy with product. Will do another review if/when I receive my package and/or at least updated tracking
I ordered 4 pair of boots that is uncomfortable and not even what I wanted. I literally want my money back. This is frustrating.

First I was told my credits expired and there's nothing that can be done.
When I said wrong answer I was told "let me check".
I was offered $10 on each credit- $60 of the $300 I paid.
I said my cash didn't expire that doesn't seem right. I need a supervisor.
Again, let me check…
The rep said we could send a paper check but it'll take 4-6 business weeks. I said "that's fine" 4 different times and she repeated "4-6 BUSINESS weeks and it's a PAPER check' as if I was going to change my mind. I told her that's fine please send the check.
It's only been two weeks. Hopefully I'll be able to follow up in another month and say I received my money back!

I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
