I received my package completely destroyed. I called to ask if they can replace it. They sent a return label but said they would not do a reship until the old was received. (Even though it was not even wearable!) I sent the item back over a week ago and the new shipment still says pending! I ordered green heels for St. Patrick's day and now it's almost April!

My experience with Shoedazzle has been horrible, they are not in business for customers satisfaction or a win win, really bad business model for today's market, they goal is still money from customers in a sneaky way.

I've ordered plenty of times from Shoe Dazzle on a continuous monthly basis and never had any issue. I was so thrilled about my order because I finally was going to get the perfect fit and design that I had wanted. Some items were not in stock but when I initially placed the order, everything showed up that it was indeed in stock and ready to be delivered once I would place the order, AFTER I placed the order, I did get an email confirmation after I had paid and the order had been placed. So I figured that once the item became available it would just ship like normal. Especially because most of the other items I ordered were indeed in stock and ready to go. I was ecstatic about my upcoming order. You see, I have an upcoming ladies conference to attend that I planned to wear in what was contained in my order and some of the items, I had waited for, for months just so it would show up as being available on the order screen. It was a very large order; 14 items in all.
Well, lo and behold, I had order paid got my email confirmation and everything looked normal so it was just a waiting game of when I would receive my order. I even got to order confirmation when my order has been shipped, a few days after I received an order confirmation of just placing the order.
Well, I was getting the email updates from SHOE DAZZLE so I can track my order. I thought everything was going normal.
Once once the order said that it left the. Warehouse and it was on its way, I thought everything was cool and good, however my order never came to my address.
FedEx who ShoeDazzle uses to deliver, changed the shipping label and ended up sending it to my old address that I left at 6 years ago! I seen the label on the box was labeled: re label. It was a big ordeal to right the wrong!
God worked everything out, and I did literally pray for it, but God is the one who worked this out. Imagine if I didn't pray? My order would have been lost and I would have been out the money.
I bought these shoes two weeks ago and wore them for the first time today and the heel came off.

I have been a shoe dazzle customer for well over a decade. I ordered two pairs of business pants, plain black, and houndstooth. I like the look of the pants however they get very stretched out and baggy from sitting during the day. I wish they would hold their shape a little better. Also, I wish they would bring back the original Customer Service platform. Apparently when you call, it's just fab, they're rude, they don't care if your package gets lost, etc. more difficult to deal with.

Great as always. My shoes and jeans were perfect. Black jeans have some white marks on them. Blue jeans are great. Red tennis shoes are perfect except they are kinda short.
I ordered three pair of shoes they all arrived no problem. They were too small so I exchanged them for a larger size and sent the three pair back through Happy Returns. Now my order is on hold and has been for days. I would like to receive my shoes in the correct size that I have already paid for and haven't.
It's very convenient, no pressure or obligations. You can purchase at your time not on theirs. At any moths if you don't buy anything you skip with no pressure. They offer discounts, VIP points rewards! Been a member since I could remember won't go anywhere else!

I purchased these items, for red is my favorite color. I wanted them for Valentines Day, however, due to incorrect shipping to former address, I didn't get them & had to reorder them. I was not charged any additional money, which I'm grateful.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
