The product was not quite what I wanted. So I called to find out about the return process. I must have called after hours and was on a loop... I stuck with trying to wait for an operator for over an hour. My bad. I called back the next morning and got right thru. You should have a recording that says it is after hours please call back between the hours of x and y!
