While it started out all innocent, it seems my rush order was never created. When I reached out 2 days after the date I was promised to receive them by, they did respond that day and said they would check with their shipping department and get back to me as soon as possible. After allowing 6 days to pass, I again tried reaching out via text, phone call, and email with no reply. My last result was to file a dispute via paypal, to which I received an immediate response from the seller stating specifically this: "Jesus lord, we get over 400 emails a day, instead of giving us a chance to respond to you, you just open a dispute, it's going to take you now 3 weeks just to get refunded. Lol. Good luck" Despite this reply, I was still willing to wait for the shirts and expressed this in a follow-up e-mail. Regardless, the exchange ended in a very prompt refund of my money. It is unfortunate that people cannot remain professional in today's society. I hope others have a better experience or at least do their homework and read reviews prior to placing an order. Lesson learned.
I wrote a review they responded unprofessionally which seems to be a thing with this so call company I work on the same job 17 years what I paid for the item is what I make per hour at work but that doesn't mean I'm going to allow someone to just take my money they never refunded me and Sherry B when you respond show proof of the refund

Do not order from this company they are the rudest people I've ever met they literly cussed me out mother F***ing me all because I was having difficulty placing an order insinuating I was an idiot instead of helping, then they said they didnt recieve my payment but when they cancelled my order on me which devastated me, the money was returned to my account so hmmmm how did that happen. The shirts were for my grandsons first birthday and I didnt have time to order more. Such horrible customer service they need to be shut down
Ordered spongebob shirt and rainbow tutu for my granddaughters birthday and it was what i expected as it was exactly as pictured. Shipping was alittle bit of an issue as I didnt research enough for shipping time frame. Contacted them via email and they responded quickly and got my order to me on time as they stated. Would order again.

I emailed this "company" prior to making my purchase, to ensure that they could meet my date with their rush shipping. I received an email back stating that all I had to do was add the $15 for rush shipping. I completed my order and the same exact day I received a notification that it was out for shipping. That was on August 26,2020 my deadline was for September 13. Here we are on September 12 the day before my daughter's first birthday and her address nor our shirts in. I've called that number numerous times, but the mailbox always seems to be full. I was able to leave one message. So I've text that number, I sent multiple emails but still no response. Then I see the reviews and I'm sure I've been bamboozled. The only reason I went with this company was because it was a black owned business. When they pull some unprofessional stunt like this, makes people not even want to support our own community. Thanks for the attempt to $#*! up my daughter's first birthday! I will be reporting this company and disputing the charges.
I was very pleased with my daughters birthday shirt and tutu that we ordered from them. They are very good and quick to answer any questions you have also.
I placed an order on June 3rd for something I did not need until October so I was in no rush to receive it. I actually completely forgot I ordered the shirts until I looked at my credit card statement. I had asked about a color option on the shirts when I initially ordered and realized I never heard back from them. I reached out this morning and cannot accurately describe how I was spoken to when they replied. I have attached ALL correspondences. My emails are boxed in blue and the company replies are boxes in red. I added notes so you can see which email came first and so on... You decide for yourself if they are worth doing business with.
**this is an update after reading company's reply to my review. I posted every single email that was between myself and the company. At no point, even after I was cursed at by your company did I curse at you. Ever. This is just untrue and slander. The reason it seems I sent photos of 2 of the emails twice is because I could not fit the whole thing in one screen shot. I am truly appalled at this level of customer service. Even your reply to people's negative reviews are just full of you making excuses and passing blame. This is sad. Please feel free to share with the site the emails you state I wrote cursing at you. Unless you are fraudulently going to write them we both know they don't exist. Really shameful you act this way. I sent EVERY email between us. Stop insulting your customers. We are not morons, sheep or ghetto trash. We are consumers presuming we will be treating with a minimum amount of respect when paying for a service.

In such a short time per my request to receive item for my granddaughters birthday I ordered last week not realizing it would take 2-3 weeks on it I email them and they explained to me they could have it ready with additional shipping fee and I did as they requested and received it today 3 days before the party thank you so much I'm a happy customer
I ordered a dress for my 3 years old. I ordered it over a month ago, and by today I haven't gotten anything. I decided to cancel and the person who is in charge to answer emails calls me uneducated and says that I don't know how to read. The website says it takes them from 3 to 4 weeks of shipping. From the day I ordered it to now it has been over a month (more than 4weeks). If this company has this kind of employees, I would say they don't deserve to have customers. DON'T BUY from this company! They insult customers for cancelling because the company is not responsible enough to deliver orders on time. What a SHAME! SHAME ON SHIRTANGO'S EMPLOYEES!
LYING TRASH, they just purchased this less than a hour ago, they aren't showing any of their emails just ours. They wanted the item within 3 days after purchasing, after we told them our shipping time, they said we didn't have any shipping info posted on any pages which was another lie, we then sent them screenshots of the shipping info posted twice on every page and they said that was fake and it was pictures from another company, this piece of shit is lying, this is why we hate selling to poor uneducated people, all they do lie.

I ordered my child shirt October 19th it is now November the 30th and I haven't received my child's shirt yet I emailed them they only sent one message and I haven't heard back from them since November the 8th it's a shame

I ordered a customized shirt and tutu for my daughter's birthday I ordered late September for her birthday 11/26 around November 9th I emailed inquiring about my order... I was getting a little nervous after reading all the negative reviews! I received a response almost immediately and she apologized for the delay and I accepted I know this has been a crazy year and understand that it's not an overnight thing which is why I ordered so far in advance anyhow! But to make up for the delay she offered me a couple feee shirts but I ended up getting shirts for the whole family! She also stated she would see to it that I got my order soon! This was the 9th or 10th I received my order on the 14th! She not only made sure my order was expedited but went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction she didn't have to I only wanted what I paid for but I am VERY pleased with the product and the customer service I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend!
