Buy for Me service - I ordered two overshirts from Schott-Store in France which doesn't ship out of Europe to the US. Remi Aumer was a great host and very efficient with the ordering and forwarding (via DHL). I would definitely use again, though most retailers do ship to the US

This is the first time I used a ship forwarding service! I looked at myus shippitto etc and I found them to be quite confusing especially in the user interface. Shipping is VERY SIMPLE and everything is done in a very personal capacity I was able to speak and message the very person that was handling my package. The service is really as easy and simple as you want it to be and you stuff is not going into some random warehouse with unknown workers and people walking in and out.
With Shippn you get to work personally with a host that stores your stuff within the secure space of their home, I loved that! I had MANY question before I signed up for the service and after and these guys replied and eliminated all my concerns.
If you want to get your stuff fast no drama no issues with storage I seriously recommend these guys. The simplicity of their website will speak for itself once you sign up for Free. Oh and I forgot to mention no storage or monthly costs which was awesome. Compared to other sites where it's half a gamble you still need to pay for your account monthly or lump sum when you actually ship. You will also find your shipping cost low due to your stuff not being stored in a warehouse.

FIrst time used, will surely not be the last time! I' am very pleased. Because in Europe I couldn't find the hook anymore.
My item was almost weightless, but I got charged with 3 kg. Plus, the package was not sealed properly, the item inside was almost exposed, the box came with damaged and ripped!
Do not use. All the reviews are fake. They make you pay and then block your ip address. That is why they make you pay first prior to giving forwarding address.
This was my first time using a reshipping service and it was a great experience my package was reshipped out within a couple hours and I got my package 6 days earlier than it was estimated my host was awesome the company was awesome everything was awesome I couldn't recommend it anymore the only thing that I would say is to make sure you understand the difference between the volumeric weight and the actual weight

I decided to try the "buy for me" service and waited for it to be reviewed. Went to work for the day, came back, checked the status, it said the payment was declined. I thought that meant I wasn't charged and it told me to press "check out" again to retry, so I did. Curious, I go to my bank account and see that they actually DID charge me the first time, for $83.27. Now I have $83.27 missing from my account, and the pending order, which is the same exact thing that supposedly "failed" but still charged me the first time, is now charging me an extra $84.03! That's $167.30 freaking dollars! I was charged twice because they told me the payment failed, so I tried again, and now I've paid for the same thing twice and neither have worked. Support hasn't responded and I want my money back!
Update: The website is saying the second payment is now somehow declined, yet also still charged me according to my bank account statement, support contacted me and said the payments weren't successful even when I provided proof that both the first transaction for the product charged my account, as well as the retry. I'm actually starting to get really upset by this whole ordeal because this has cost me over $100 all because the website told me the first transaction failed and I didn't check to see if the money truly didn't get taken. Now the second one is doing the same thing. I'm also concerned as to why the retry payment cost me more when it was just a retry of the first transaction after it stated the payment didn't work. What the hell is wrong with this website?
This was a very quick and efficient service. Communication was great; things were handled professionally. The only this is that the service is a bit costly. Otherwise, all good.

I purchased a bag through a reseller website and they attached the invoice of the retail price to the order and so it didn't match my orders invoice for the price I paid.
The host documented that price and Shippn wouldn't accept my invoice since it didn't match.
I had to return the item back to the seller.
Shippn then forced me to provide them with a return label from the seller with screenshots of proof that it's from them and demanded bank transactions to verify I made the purchase.
I purchased this item on January 28th. The host went on a 3 week vacation without giving any notice prior while my designer handbag was in his apartment.
After he returned I had to schedule several attempts for pick up because he was not home.
His communication skills were terribly poor, and aside for the time difference from HK to US, it didn't help the fact that this is his secondary job so he said it's not his first priority.
My emails would get answered every 48 hours if not more.
It's now March 26th. I still have not received my item I ordered 3 months ago.
I had good experiences with this company.
