I had a chance to order a prize from my favorite game show. I had to order it from the UK Ebay and had it shipped to a house, who quickly sent it to me. The communication was clear from the beginning. I want to use again. The teapot looks amazing.

Will never use again. The shipper place my item in a plastic bag to ship an item that will crush and tear. Common sense would have used a box instead. I shouldn't have to tell a shipper to use a box to ship a fragile item. Shippin needs to do a better job with explaining that you have to guide the shipper on how to ship your item. Also I don't get how they come up with a shipping price before it gets to DHL. I really think most of that fee is added on buy the shipper to pocket it. How does a light item that was placed in a plastic bag cost $300 to ship. I should have followed my gut and left it with the shipper. Now I'm out 300 bucks for a damaged product. Shippin response was terrible and basically told me at fault for not checking a tab that I did not know exist. Don't waste your money. For the amount of money they charge for shipping you might as well travel to the country to get it and make a vacation out of it. I will NEVER use this service again.

Ordered serveral Items and let it combine for transnational re-shipping. Unfortunately after the third time I used the service the administration intervented the communication with the host so that we couldn't communicate any necessary information regarding the items. Later on after the parcels where pretended they had been forwarded and are in transit, suddenly the parcels where stated as disappeared. After serveral requests for solving the problem, they only returned a fraction of the amount which had been spent in this case. They wrote that now further information can be given to the items and there whereabouts because they pretened they hadn't had any documents regading the items. This seems like a deceitful attitude and process.
The systems on the paltform needs urgent attention for updating it to a currently usable function, which actually should always be kept up to date.

Horrific! Do not use this service unless you're prepared to pay more than twice the price for your item. Service is very, very expensive and SLOW! I used the "Buy for me" service on 16 October to purchase Arcteryx trousers on sale for £199 (360 CAD). A day later, still no response and it was the last pair. A few days later Shippn charged £251.56 (300 USD) for the same trousers + £66 (86 USD) handling and shipping. That's £119 for using Shippn so far. I received another email to say that VAT had increased (no further explanation) and needed to pay a further £27.07 (35.12 USD). 13 days later on 29 October DHL contacted me to inform me that I need to pay £102 import duty and tax. This means paying £440.78 for £199 pair of trousers! Shippn will charge you for return shipping should the item be returned (in case of no payment/no response). They also kindly offered to contact DHL to have them dispose of the (£339) item for me.
Shippn offers fast, reliable service. The hosts are polite and provide excellent communication throughout the whole process. The buy for you feature is a great hassle free option. I am happy with Shippn and plan on using their services in the future.
I found an item I wanted that was ONLY available in Canada. What to do!? So I chose to use Shippn, and the experience was great! My items arrived unscathed and very quickly and my host was in continuous communication with me throughout the process. If you have a need like I did I recommend giving them a shot.
I got my package a few days later than anticipated. What bothered me though was the host had multiplied the weight of my package by 5. This cost me a lot of money. Maybe the hosts get paid as a function of what they bring in, and is this is how they make extra money doing nothing. Interestingly, my host Mr. Leonardo Ulivieri is a shipping expert.
In a nutshell, happy that I got my package, not happy that I was ripped off by a host with a 5-star rating on the Shippn website. Something's fishy as all their hosts have 5 stars but people like me who have actually used their services cannot comment.
Item as described, communication was prompt, and shipping was fast. My complaint - I did not receive the 15% discount as stated on the site nor did I receive the 10% discount on the shipping fee as I was informed when I brought this issue to the host's attention.

I had trouble verifying my Amex via the transaction statement but the support team at Shippn found away to satisfy themselves. The host was efficient and my package moved quickly thru their hands and onto myself with FedEx- all with good tracking. It's recommended and I'd use again.

I used Shippn for shipping packages from the US to Israel. Used it for 3 times never encountered any problems. Packages reached to me in 2-5 business days as they said. Besides, it's so much cheaper than another forwarder companies.
Used "Buy for Me" service and bought 2 Phones from Australia,
In addition to expensive rate, only 1 phone was delivered to me. They claim that Shipping company stole one of the phones, and they will communicate with them. It has been more than a month they didn't reply to me, and they ignore my emails. They didn't provide me with claim number.
Moreover, I paid for shipment insurance, and I didn't get anything back.
I lost +1,000 USD, I have proof and all communication with them.
Please try other websites for this service.

This is the second time I have used Shippn and everything went smoothly with out any issues. This service is great for shopping overseas and especially at a store that wont ship to your country. I highly recommend it and will use their service again.
Super sketchy company. STAY AWAY! The customer service representatives have zero idea what they are doing and are straight up liars. They also do not respond to emails. Shippn has held my packages for weeks without explanation and would not ship them out after numerous calls. They still have 4 of my packages worth thousands of dollars! If my packages are not returned to sender (I provided them with return labels!) I will be forced to open a lawsuit against them for the cost of goods. Shippn is by far the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for a shipping company.
