I received the package, it was well kept and packaged. The shipping was fast and arrived soon. Only problem was I had to pay import fees, but that doesn't concern the service itself. So good job.

I wanted to order an item available for shipping only within the UK, and they would not ship to the US. I ordered on Monday, it was delivered to the Shippn host on Wednesday, re-shipped to me on Thursday, and at my house the following Monday. Even transactions occurring entirely within the US can take longer! Great experience.

2 days after ordering they decided they wouldn't ship to the address and cancelled my order. I entered it before paying them, why don't they validate the addresses automatically?

Too late for me now because my purchase had already shipped to them. So lost the price of my purchase.

Then their host signed for the package rather than returning to sender, even though Shippn had cancelled my order BEFORE it arrived to them, so I have no hope of recovering the lost funds or package.

Did they keep it for themselves? Or they just really enjoy recycling?

Don't risk it with this company.

I had do use the buy for me service. There was no way to get the item shipped out of Brazil let alone to the United States and it worked well. I was a difficult customer too. I kept making mistakes trying to submit a buy for me order.

I contacted Shippn and placed an order, a few checking questions and it went straight to purchase. The host was fantastic with checking questions, then upon arrival items were checked and pics sent. Everything was good then straight to shipping. That went super quick. A huge thank you to Shippn and the Host.

I desperately needed an item from a shop in Malaysia that didn't ship to the US. I was so glad I found Shippn. I couldn't believe how fast the item got here. I was kept informed at each step of the process. I will definitely use this service again.

Horrible experience, the shipping is so overpriced and almost half as much more than the amount you get from their shipping calculator. Their Buy-For-Me service being non-refundable is really stupid and customer unfriendly. Their just scamming my money atp.

I wanted so desperately to buy an item from a UK seller who wouldn´t ship to the EU.
Asking Google I find a solution with the Shipp´n service.
As it was my first time and the item was a bit expansive I was really nervous about it.
So I choosed Nick Andrews as a host because he seemed to me the most experienced one with good reviews.
And I am glad I did because I had a really good experience with him, too. He was very responsible answering my questions and kept me always updated what´s going on.
Total time from shipping from the UK-Shop until my parcel arrived to me was 8 days.

Please be aware when ordering from another country which is not EU that you have to pay taxes and maybe additional customs duties (depends on item and value). There will also be an additional fee from the carrier for processing customs for you.
This has absolutely nothing to do with Shipp´n, it will be charged from the carrier you choosed.
You will pay Shipp´n only for transportation fee and insurance.
Unfortunately I read some bad reviews here complaining about the additional costs that could appear. It´s not their fault, you should inform yourself better before taking action!

I really appreciate this service and if I will have to order something sometime in the future from outside the EU again, I would choose the same service and the same host (if still available) with confidence.

You guys are thieves. You tried to steal 640GBP from my account by using my card details linked to my shippn.com account.
Don't worry i will dump all the screenshot on Trustpilot and sitejabber for the Whole world to see your criminal acts.
I create virtual debit cards for each of the online platform I want to transact with so incase anything goes wrong I will be able to identify where it's coming from. And the credit card number ending 7341 was only linked to your site alone which you guys stole my credit card information from backend and attempted to shop online for goods worth 640GBP@ Pci Pal Online Store.

I am going to screenshot this email and also post it on Trustpilot and Sitejabber so the whole world would see.

I have been using the Shippn services for a while now and the Hosts under Shippn have been the best in providing feedback, support and ensuring the packages are well handled, consolidated and sent on time, arriving on time every time.

As of today, I've successfully completed 5 orders with shippn. These orders have been from very far away places (Australia and South Africa) to the US, and these orders have contained fragile items. I've have great success with the Hosts and with the company and couldn't be more pleased with the service and how it's allowed me to get things that I really want from outside of the US. I especially want to thank Shippn for the Fedex Economy option that has been added to the South Africa to US route. The new option is less expensive for customers that are not in need of their packages within 3-4 business days. If you willing to wait double or triple the priority timing, the savings are impactful. Prior to the implementation of this option, I had decided to place one last order from South Africa, however, now that Shippn has added a lower costs alternative, I can continue to shop the market regularly. To Shippn, thanks so very much for doing the most for your customers!

I needed an item I couldn't get in the US. The Canadian supplier couldn't/wouldn't ship to the US. I was able to use Shippn to purchase the item, have it sent to someone in Canada and then have it sent to me. It was a bit of a clunky process but it went as good as could be hoped for considering all of the logistics of a foreign transaction using a third party.

I couldn't without the help from the service offered from Shippn. The service they offered in my situation was very niche and the service was carried out with 5 stars. Excellent Hosts and good communication.

I needed to ship something from france to Singapore, i thought it might be cheaper to find a forwarder. I WAS WRONG, the item cost about €18.50. They requested USD31.29 to ship to them. Then after requested another USD59.84 to ship to me in Singapore. For an item that is only 20g. They weight the item at 0.5kg
