After a bit more than ten successful deliveries we recently received a parcel with broken goods inside and had to use support, for the first time. From the beginning it was clear that this was not a damage that was related to transportation but instead somebody had opened the product box and closed it again improperly, probably at customs. This lead to the destruction of one of the contained products, worth $250 each. I immediately took pictures of the broken piece and also tried to picture the partly transparent packaging of the goods before opening, so the broken piece could be seen inside. Then I claimed a case with Shipito. After several days they answered me. They asked me to also send them a picture of the outer packaging UPON DELIVERY which I did not take, since upon delivery the packaging was completely intact. Furthermore, after several days of waiting for an answer, the packaging was already disposed of. Although this was clearly not a damage by transportation, Shipito did not even move an inch from their standard procedure and did not want to help me out but instead insisted on getting this completely irrelevant photograph. They did not even follow my request of providing me information on how to prevent this in the future. I felt like I was wasting my time with a chat robot although my inquiry was processed by an actual human being. Following this, I immediately cancelled my membership. What Shipito delivers here is beyond any minimum customer service I would expect, hence 1 star.
By the way: Shipito was in fact also asking me to provide a side letter from an expert that confirms that the product is indeed damaged. I assume in many situations this will cost more than the product itself. Hence, paying for additional insurances and pictures of contained products may end up being completely worthless.

The person who contacted me apologised for my frustration, and in the short term, has come up with a very workable solution. I believe she could see that the processing and consolidation rates are making the overall cost higher than competitors, and to their CREDIT, they are DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
In her words "(Shipito) is currently in the process of reviewing all of our fees and pricing in the hopes of streamlining and simplifying things for our customers as well as putting together a program specifically designed for our high-volume customers".
I stand by my initial review, in that the processing and consolidation fees are currently too high, but I retract the statement where they don't care. It's possible the person on the chat didn't care that day, but Shipito management does.
SO... if you're interested in them, I can 100% vouch for their reliability and service, they do a great job, and I have been happy with them for years on that front. If they can get the fee structure to be competitive with the industry, they'll continue to grow, as their shipping prices are actually CHEAPER then similar competitors.
MY INITIAL REVIEW (please read the update after): I've been a customer with Shiptio since 2014. I just shipped a package using Shipito, and paid $5 per item in processing and consolidation fees. Just to put it into perspective, I consolidated 24 packages, many of them a single book, into one package, and paid $120 in processing and consolidation fees. Then, as they are books, I've then been charged an "oversize" fee of $10. So all up, I'm paying only about $350 for my merchandise, and almost $450 in shipping. The fees just aren't simply worth it.
I just checked on MyUs.com site, and could have the same package shipped for $251.95... saving me $189.81 in charges. I then contacted Shipito using their chat to see if they could look at reducing some of the fees (they used to be $2 per package)... and the chat person told me she had no way of doing so. I told her it simply isn't viable, and that I would be looking elsewhere, and she responded with "okay".
Shipito used to be fantastic, and financially viable, and the fees were okay. Now, you can add $5 to the cost of any package, no matter it's contents or size, and that's before you even get nailed with shipping costs.

It is the worst international mail company I've know ever. I have been trying to mail a pack that I unfortunately sent to Shipito for months, and it is unbelivable how many excuses they give me to don't post it. First I asked them to organize the itens three different packs. They were not able, even though I explained many times, with different words and languages. They were treating me as a stupid person, as if my English was not understandable. I gave up to ask any special requirement. Then, I asked them to mail itens in one pack, in the same way they were delivered there. Now, they are saying that they can not mail because there is something flamable in the pack. It is unbelivable! Because I didn't buy anything flamable, I asked them which product they suppose to be flamable, but they don't tell me. They keep saying that will send my requirement to the warehouse, but I keep waiting for an explanation. And they take so long to solve a client problem that I've been almost giving up to receive my pack, concerned if they had stolen my itens and that are giving excuses to don't deliver it.

Have sent a package to shipito (and pay for a upgrated virtual mailbox), after 2 days, I've an e-mail to say me they refuse to send it to me and told me to return the package to the sender... I make another deposit for sending back the package... 7 days after, the package is still in their center, and are still not shipped back... they ask me now to send a copy of ID card, passeport an others papers... during this time the package is blocked, my money too and I can not be refounded...

They locked my account for verification after receiving 4500$ order from Amazon. First they asked me to verify my credit card, so I did. Then they asked for photo of ID and driving license, so I sent. Then they asked for selfie while holding ID and driving license, so I sent. They were still wasn't removing the hold on my account and ignoring my emails. So I sent them a video while holding ID and driving license and saying please remove the hold of shipito account and so I can ship my packages. Of course this also didnt work. After that I asked them to return the order to Amazon. Amazon is sent a pickup from their address and they denied to hand over package to UPS because they wanted money for "local pick up service". I agreed to pay that so called service fee but they didnt allow me to pay because my account is on hold. So they dont remove hold on my account, they dont ship my package to me and they dont return the package to Amazon. After all I didnt give up and hired a lawyer for this. Finally lawyer make them to unlock my account and I shipped my package. Nice try scammers.
THIS is a holly $#*! company, nearly scam all my packages.
I have 4 packages: 2 under exactly my name and 2 under my name + agoya (write by seller)
But the lock my account and have to verify 100%. I do as they said, archieved 110%, i very happy to ask them remove the hold on my account. But 1 day later, they say my IDs are fake?! Oh my godness, how can i fake my passport and driver license?
Finally, recommend all of you stay away this company.

Shipito STOLE a package of mine worth 700 dollars plus all i payed for shipping!
After 3 months (now it's 5!) they simply could not give me an answer about what happened to my item! They had the paypal invoice of what i payed for it (700 dollars they even photographed it for me!) i also insured shipping. After "reimbursing" me for 20 ridiculous dollars into THEIR account, they made my shipito account INACTIVE saying i am "fraudulent". Fraudulent because i am FIGHTING for my RIGHTS! This is how coward, thiefs and unprofessional they are! This company is a SCAM, i am a serious musician who buy gear online since 2004 and this never happened to me! Every private seller on ebay who shipped directly to me had his item normally delivered!
Shipito made my item disappear, finding excuses for 3 months and when i started to get really pissed they simply closed my account to get rid of the problem!
