O got my package in my mailboxes, and paid for HUGE shipping fees then now are waiting for shipping for me.
But RIGHT NOW as i write this, i could not log in to my account. And i tried making new account with dummy details, it succeeded in being registered and logged in.

I PAID FOR SHIPPING $350 WITH DHL, AND THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT NOW?
It's just in Feb 12, i got contact with support ticket and now i could not login?

If this was not resolved as soon as possible, i'm gonna take further action regarding this. I will also wrote everywhere in social media, site reviews and wherever else. SHIP7.COM STOLE MY ITEM and MONEY!

UPDATED review upon 2nd purchase, since ship7 tax is the lowest one decided to try once more.
But,,,

This company recieved my property. They charged over $100 to ship less than 10lbs worth of product. They mislabeled the address. My property was lost. They have admitted the mistake in writing and promised to refund thre cost of shipping and my $100 worth of property. They have promised this in writing over the course of five months and 27 emails. I have filed multiple complaints. They refused to respond to the BBB. This company is not honest and they are at best incompetent. Please don't use this company

I had some items shipped to Ship 7, to repack and forward to my country.
It was several items, sent from multiple sellers.

When I received the 2 boxes in my country, I noticed 2 items missing.
It was 4 wheel adapters, and 4 wheel spacers.

After sending them info on what was lost, and the value that was close to 500 usd, they sent me very general response, seems they did not read the details I provided. First they offer me 20 usd because this happened, then 30 usd, I refused due to the much higher value of the items.

After over 3 months of email, back and forth, and chats, with constant excuses from them, and not resulting in anything, I sent in again asking for a senior admin handle this.

I then got offered 100 usd, but this cover just 20% of the lost value.
"I assume, if they knew they were in the right, they had offered me nothing...

I then sent them again, for the third time, this to the senior person, pictures they had initially sent me, proving they had received more items than they sent me, I sent them receipts of value, and asked to either be reimbursed in full, or if they reorder the items and send them to me.

No answer.

I then went on a chat, asking for answers.
The person on the chat promised me he would personally look into it, and get me a feedback the following week.

" in their invoice to me, they even list as car parts, 14 items. I received 4, s by this, they proof they have made a mistake, but still not resolve the issue"

This is now 6 weeks ago.

Either someone working there stole this, and is covering it up, or they misplaced it, or sent it to a wrong person.
Either way, I paid for it, but did not get it, and they refuse to answer me, or offer me compensation.

Ship7 attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I am a new customer with them, have been using Aramex service for more than two years. Last week after I saw their advertisement I wanted to give a try to Ship7. My first impression is; since its comperatively new, their social presence and search engine visibility is currently limited. But as all new businesses that would pick up in time. So some people may get nervous about their service since not much has been talked/discussed about them. Anyway; I bought relatively less valued items since it's a trial. I was lookin for a couple auto parts for myself and got them delivered to Ship7. Their processing speed is very good. Even faster than Aramex, they offer free storage for up to a month I believe. You can check their website for that information. As per shipping options they had an express 2-3 day and an economy service. I choose the fast one. And the items arrived via UPS within the promised period. So; my overall experience is pretty pleasant. I will keep using them and will post any problems here in the future.

In a `lost`` package case was CS Sandra very kind&professional, the package was found and i received it. THANKS

I needed a more clear info/warning about storage time exceeded.
I 've had 2 packages with near arrival date.
Info/warning is a running standard text-especially the headline, so as customer, i 've thought of the older package and shipped this.
The next package got forgotten when it does'nt became a extra info/warning, what did not happened here. After that not happened, for a true constant customer which shipped usual in time should storage fee get waved in this case. After 60 days, when free storage time ends, Dashboard appears just a little bit different, not real urgent, if i remember right a green/gray fog-layer in the field. Anyway, easy to oversaw. A more clear color, like red, would be a attractuing alarm sign to ship urgently. I suggest the traffic light scheme, after 50 days yellow, after 60days red. It's a attracting optic with a clear message + worldwide standard easy to understand.
Usual came text messages-which is a good service. In practice, as customer i look into the dashboard-and its impression looks widely usual, not at 1st sighr matching to the text. I think it's a lost chance not tuning text & dashboardlook to a match with a united consistent more clear message.
Using traffic light scheme save harsh words that customers finally empty theire inboxes cause anyone intl knows the meaning already.

Today - ship7 erased this whole shipment from shipment history!
That's the way you work?!
