We were traveling north along 81 with our RV and realized we had lost a tire (dual axles). We immediately got off at the Chambersburg exit and hobbled into the Sheetz parking lot that is right off of Lincoln Way East. My husband set to putting on the spare and there was too much damage to the lugs and we needed new ones. It was more than my husband could do on the fly, so we called our road side assistance through Nationwide. They only handle basic tire changes so we had to find someone to do it ourselves (thanks Nationwide!). It was after 5pm when we realized that, and most places were closed.

I went into the Sheetz to talk to Tif the Manager to tell her what was going on and if it were ok that we stay there until we get help. She was so gracious and understanding and made us feel safe that we could be there as long as we needed. She gave us fountain drink coupons and let us come in and sit in the dining area to get out of the heat (there was a heat wave going on). We had dinner there (which was quite yummy) and freshened up in the very clean bathroom. An employee named Max was also there to assist us and she was very nice also. Luckily we were only two hours from home and our auto tech son and some friends came to rescue us. So, we were there about 6 hours. Knowing that we had a safe place to stay until we found help made the ordeal so much easier to deal with.

Thank you Tif and Max AND Sheetz for hiring such good people! We appreciate the help you gave us.

We go to the sheetz in VA where we live all the time and wherever we are when we travel. We always find friendly employees, good food, and clean bathrooms.

Sheetz Car Wash is Terrible! Customer Service is Awful!

I went to the Sheetz Store in Carmichaels, PA, to use their car wash. 2 out of 3 times of using it, the wash stopped working on me. One time the wash started spraying water and then stopped. The second time my car was covered in soap and it stopped. I had to get out of my car and pull the emergency cord to exit the wash. When I went into the store they treated me like a criminal. The manger is absolutely rude and should be reprimanded. I will Never go Sheetz again. They lost my business indefinitely!

This business is a scam. I never received my order and all emails to this business bounce back. Do not order from them!

So Sheetz is definitely trying to make money now off their customers.
The 2 for $6 deal on their breakfast sandwiches is definitely not worth it go to a nearby tiger market or Wawa which have better deals shame on Sheetz as much as your customers try to make you all succeed. Steven Dodson Virginia

The sheets for board program is a scam I've I redeemed my points $1.30 off on gas everytime I have tried to use the $1.30 off it never goes through I called customer service and tried to explain it to them the man on phone would not let me talk he keeps saying that I'm not using my points I have had the employee help me and it's still not working

Absolutely outrageous wait. 90 minutes waiting in person on Christmas? Be courteous of people's time and have enough staff working. TURN OFF mobile or delivery orders when you are this busy to catch up. No consideration for people's time. Smh corporate greed. The food quality and latte was also not good. Would NEVER return.

Went to Sheetz in Scranton for the advertised $1.99 gas special. Waited in line for a long time, then discovered that the line I was in did not have 88. So had to find an employe and ask. He told me you had to be in a special line to get it. 88 was only available in a few lines. So at that point I just left because I had already waited for a long time. There were customers complaining all over. I feel this was obviously a bait and switch scheme. Not with me though. I just left and bought gas elsewhere. Now they lost a really good customer. I'll never buy gas there again!

I ate at Sheetz today and the workers went out of their way to make my order perfect. They were kind and courteous and everything looked and tasted perfect! Thank you so much!

I was going to fuel my truck in Newark ohio yesterday. Price on the roof over the pumps was$4.179 diesel. When I started to fuel the pump was $4.459. I have a 36 gallon tank. I asked the cashier about the price difference and he kind of just blew me off. Needless to say I went elsewhere.

I ordered 2 hotdogs with nacho cheese and the hotdogs was cold burnt my 7yr old went and took a bite and was choking on a piece of plastic that was in it I go to sheetz all the time this is very careless stuff like this keeps happening and sheetz will lose me as a customer.

Today 9/16/23 i placed an order at sheetz for a sandwich. There was also another lady who ordered.1 person was making the food, another worker was doing I have no clue. I waited a good while finally the other customers food was ready. So i asked was my veggie sandwich almost done, she apologized and told me she hadnt even started. So I let her no tht I could no longer wait i was on my way to work. She apologized as i walked out the door.

There was one nice elderly lady running the register with 12 customers waiting. I used the restroom and felt like I needed to go cleanup after I left. Clearly over worked and understaffed.

I doordashed drinks and it took 3 hours to get them to me and they were melted the guy asked them to remake them and they would not remake them either like come on! Do better.

There should have ran the gas pumps differently for the 4th I went to 2 sheetz they ran out of gas went to the 3rd sheetz and left after 2 hrs and still no gas it was horrible the worst thing ever

The food here is always excellent quality, made quickly, and the staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. Facilities are clean, dining area is light and tables are clean. Is a regular stop for us when we are in that area.
