I'm not concerned that it took nearly 2 hours for our French toast sticks and breakfast sandwich to be ready. They were very disorganized. What gets me is a short black lady that worked there on 7-17 at 6:30 am was very hostile. She was rude, kept telling me I was at the wrong sheetz, demanding to know WHAT KIND OF BREAD? Very rude and unprofessional. I waited for 30 minutes in the store making it 1.5 hrs. For French toast sticks and a breakfast sandwich. And the lady yelled at me! I was polite and just asked twice if the order was ready. Once and they said hold on and walked away. Again 20 minutes later. And she yells at me? Very rude. Very hostile. We placed an order and got it 1.5 hours later. I understand, that's OK. But to be hostile to me? Just for asking if it's ready? YOU AT THE WRONG SHEETZ. WHAT BREAD!? WHAT ORDER? I watched them scroll to the bottom and, not her, a guy in a grey shirt found it on their screen THEN started cooking it. Still ok. But that short black lady in a red shirt? So rude. My girlfriend had to leave work, walk across the street because she works at petsmart and finally we got the order. The order number was *******. It was at the Sheetz on Millbrook road. Store 536. Horrible experience.

I submitted a question about a new location, I received a response that the location was out of their distribution area.
I tried to submit a follow-up asking how that could be because they had locations in all directions from the location in question and I would like a more detailed explanation. The bot would not submit the form because of unacceptable complaints.
I don't know what happened to the fresh ground coffee machines but now they are horrible. When they first came they were great. Now they taste like water not coffee. Won't buy Sheetz coffee any more. Can't wait for WAWA!
I have GOT to tell the upper management team how much I LOVE the food, how reasonable the prices are how each of those whose hands were involved have made my experiences fabulous. Thank you!
Came to three Sheetz today looking for the 2 for 99 cents special. One did not have machines. Other two machines were "down for cleaning", with nobody working on them.

I went to sheetz on Monticello Cort in Chambersburg PA. I ordered a cheesesteak and nachos. 5he cheesesteak was cold I asked 4 it 2 b remade the 2nd sandwich was just as cold as the 1st 1 was. I paid $1 for extra cheese on my nachos and there was barley any cheese at all. So I asked 4 my money back and this quack u call a manager (Buba) want's 2 stand there and argue with me. This is a poorly run store and the employees need 2 be retrained 2 do their jobs.
I would like to give Kudos to Crew members Deroza & Miss at store # 676 3208 Duke St Durham NC ******* for always having fantastic customer service & always making sure my order is done to my liking fried hard lol as well as other customers that I see them provide excellent customer service too as well if there busy or not they always seem to hold there composure and smile and show the upmost hospitality to everyone that enters sheetz and I would like to give them there flowers for the great job they are doing. :)
I've had food at Sheetz before and oftentimes I was disappointed. However, today I ordered a bacon wrap. I opened it and took the first bite and instantly, I realized it was going to be delicious. The bacon was crispy but not to the point where it tasted burnt. The pico was fresh and the tomatoes weren't soft. The onions I got were crunchy and full of flavor! Overall, I'm impressed and I think I will continue to give Sheetz a chance! Good job y'all!
I went to the Sheetz in downtown Clearfield for a FREE HOLIDAY COFFEE. The clerk was going to charge me for it, and there there was ONLY ONE SIZE. When I told him that it was supposed to be free, then he rang it up and he wanted me to use my points to get it for FREE. The manager had to step in and correct the problem. When they say it's FREE, it's actually not and you don't get to choose what size you want. I was ready to leave the coffee on the counter and walk out. TOTALLY DISRESPECTED!

I remember when I was an employee of Sheetz, and we would get so many complaints about ice chunks in the drinks. I'm at a Sheetz store located in Huntingdon, PA (Moore Street) everyday. For the past three days, every drink I've purchased has huge ice chunks in them.
You must spend at least $50 before you've even earned enough points to receive so much as a coffee for $1.69. Never use your rewards for cents off per gallon of gas. Actually it will take nothing more off at the pump than your usual three cents per gallon for being a member, and you'll have lost the points you spent a lot of time gaining. Sometimes you'll find you randomly lost points for no apparent reason. For example, yesterday I had 157 points. Today I have 105 points. This happens frequently.
I ordered a pretzel hot dog with sour kraut and ketchup and I literally got a hot dog on a normal bun with a single slice of cheese not even melted. No pretzel bun. No sour kraut. Not let ketchup. Absolutely terrible.
Place was busy and lorrinda handled it so well. She had a smile on her face the whole time. Great customer service! We will be back! :)
If I were Johnsonville, I would ask Sheetz not to use or advertise that they are using Johnsonville brats or Italian sausage as I got one today (7/20/2021) and it was way overdone. If this was the first Johnsonville brat you got you might never buy another Johnsonville product as Sheetz doesn't know how to cook them. Also their french fries are oversalted.
Ordered steak sub, roll was partially wet, bottom roll was stale, hard, much more lettuce than steak that is certain. When I called to complain they argued that it was my fault.
Very poor attitude and know how to hold a grudge

They were smoking up the cash register area when I walked in. It was such a strong smell. Also I walked in the bathroom and there was a smudge of poop on the toilet seat.
The check out is poorly designed. You wait in line walk up to cashier. Pay if you try and exit people are to your left or right to exit. Wawa has it right its a big circle system. You exit to front of store clean path.
Have a bad experience? Call and complain? Don't hold your breath. They won't respond, because they don't care.
Answer: Sheetz sets the standard for roadside convenience store / gas stations. It out ranks their competitors in all categories.
