Literally doesn't matter the Sheetz I go to I get huge chunks of ice in my milkshake every time. Look at this photo and tell me if this should be in a milkshake? Absolutely ridiculous, makes no sense
I ordered a sheetz gift card on 12/4, it never shipped until 12/15/20, and wasn't delivered for Christmas. I called today and spoke with Melody and she added as if she could careless. I was informed it could take up to 15 days to arrive to the location. I explained that I ordered it for a Christmas gift and no where on the website did it stay it would take almost a month to receive the card. She was so unconcerned. Such poor customer service. Never again!
Went into the natrona heights store like i do every morning to get my coffee on the way to work only to have a young man supervisor screaming at the older woman who does coffee in the mornings stating she needs to learn her job better in front of customers. I felt so bad and asked if she was ok. She looked sad and humiliated. Came back later for my lunch as he was yelling at another employee in front of a line of customers. I asked the employee outside while she was smoking if she was ok. This is not ok. No employee should ever have to go through this. So unprofessional, rude and embarassing. Not someone i would ever hire.
Rude worker know it all trainee. 7 people behind front counter clearly not 6ft apart. Lots of hugs and touchy employees to each other. Was my favorite store until certain $#*! hole got hired. Wawa better anyway the food definitely better and the coffee...
Needs better cleaning and trash emptying more workers seem to not care when informed about conditions wish it would close everybody should stay away

Manchester, Maryland Sheets allows customers to enter store without face masks. The employees also do not wear their masks over nose and even expose there mouth. Not very safe in my opinion.
Frequently very busy and understaffed. MTO is frequently slow, but at least it is made to order! Coffee is great. Open 24 hours is handy, and gas is usually same or a penny less than other places.
This is my first review in a series of evaluations for roadside gas station /convenience stores.
Sheetz sets the standard for this type of business. The restrooms are clean and attractive, plenty of bays out front for gas fill-ups. Their food is very good and they always have my Starbucks frappucinos. They offer ready made meals as well as special order fast-food take outs. You can usually find freshly baked cookies at the cash registers.
The fact that they serve free coffee on Christmas day endears them to me the most. I usually have a long drive on this day... so this little nicety means a lot to me.
In all categories Sheetz way stations fit the bill of excellence.

If you want fresh prepared food and a great selection, or just something along the health line of snacks this is the place to go, once you've shopped Sheetz you won't remember 7 eleven, Wawa, Little General, Turkey Hill, or Rutter's any longer. Superior Service, Quality Fresh made foods from sandwiches hot or cold, full meals, pizza. Whatever you like it's at Sheetz.
This review is the Sheetz in Bridgeport, West Virginia. I want to thank the staff for their assistance for my fuel purchases at their store. They are a great group of employees. I had the greatest honor of having many of them in my science class over the years. They are always willing to assistant my father and I.
