I ordered the tacos as I usually do but the entire time I waited for my number to be called I heard the staff complaining about my order and how it was such a waste of theyre time. If tacos get taken off again I will imagine that it was my fault because I heard. The verbal insults, it's what I usually order, but it might be last time I order. I don't want to waste the employees time with my preference of order. I have beena customer of the last 15 years but I think tonight might be my last order. If I would order again I hope my food won't be messed with. Im afraid to give. My actual name anymore

I $25 dollars worth of food.salad,sub,smoothie.salad, sub had not tomatoes,pickles,olives,hardly any steak,meat,peppers etc. very disappointed with this I know thing are tough but at least give me what I paid for had I looked before I left I would have told them to keep it

I was visiting the sheets on Harper road the one known at the bottom of Harper road while the drug addicts hang out in the bathrooms and on the premises they have a new employee there by the name of Britney I asked her how long she been there and she said a couple months and I said no you could have been there that long anyway she called me she said my dude I asked her not to call me my dude I went to the store today and I was asking not to come back for what reason I have no idea the lady said I cursed her I never cursed her been going there ever since it open just okay I will never go back there again neither would any of my friends her name is Brianna or Brittany I believe it's Brittany I am 63 years old and I do not have a car and I walk to that store while it was so convenient but that's okay they have several more next door instead of the employees line they need to clean that drug area up where they allow people to sit there do drugs sell drugs in in the bathroom doing drugs it's a bad area anyway I'm kind of glad that she asked me not to come there because it's really a dangerous place anyway the dope heads always b begging for change

I don't know how to Say that there are 3 people at night there that make me feel so welcome. Sheila,Sean, and a Pretty Young Lady named masuhn or something. There all so polite and great with all customers. Hope they are continued respected and treated right. Sheila is one of the Most dedicated Managers I've ever seen. Much Love and Light to All 3 of them. Matt from down the street. Store 338 on Midlothian and Providence.

After entering the info for 4 gift cards, my credit card company rejected the charge since the "partner site" Sheetz has been flagged for fraud. I tried this several times...2 different credit cards...all a waste of time.

Horrible

Harmar pa sheetz is worst. General manager has attitude problems. Orders get screwed up. Workers walking around talking between each other while customers wait for help. Food is nasty n sloppy

In ohio the store on w.130th in parma ohio I was in line. The third shift manager porsha could not figure out my lottery purchase I called an sheetz associate over I was familiar with to help. To my dismay I wish I had not. Porsha proceeded to call me the N word. Being a woman of color I thought this was odd. Then she yelled at the employee for helping. Then proceeded to curse and scream at the top of her lungs racial slurs at employees and customers. I was in shock. People in the store were mortified. If a woman like Porsha is managing people at your operations you lost me as a customer and the other 10 customers who witnessed. This woman had no regard for who was around her. It's frustrating to see this type of behavior in a professional setting. I hope there is recourse for these actions because if a single one of my employees acted in this manner. And called other employees racial names took offense because she couldn't perform the task she was supposed to. Her termination would be immediate. I called the other associate over to help. Because we should be able to ask for help as people and not get offended. She Porsha not only screamed at me and everyone else involved but made me feel threatened, made the associate who helped named Tiffany feel threatened and she wemt to find who i thought was a higher supervisor. But within seconds Tiffany solved the issue. Porsha blew up on her everyone in the store customer employee. Ran to her car to scream some more all throughout the parking lot. The whole city could have heard the racial rants and profane language coming from Porsha. While no manage or any singel associate apoligized in any form for what the customers witnessed that day. The associate Tiffany did. I write this because it greatly disappointed me in not only humanity but the type of mentality that it takes to hire and retain a person who acts this way. Even to make them a manager. You should be ashamed at the way she treated customers and associates alike. You have a serious problem at the store in parma on w. 130th if this is the woke mentality of the way to operate business. I can fully understand and agree with a 2.0 business rating and below. Furthermore on that day there were customers waiting upwards of 30 minutes for food. I know because they were all complaining while waiting. Sounds like customers are considered last at your company. Sad and not good for the brand. Porsha is lucky I did not have her charged with hate speech and trying to instigate violence. She made direct threats to me. She threatened everyone on the premises that day customers and associate. Very disturbing

First and foremost, Sheetz prices are out of hand considering the quality. Especially MTO prices. For instance, you can buy 3 chicken tenders for nearly $6. Right off the bat, nothing screams out at you but once you see the 3 thin, 2.5 inch long McDonalds nugget sized tenders (I had to ask them if I accidentally bought a Happy Meal, to their confusion), you will quickly feel that familiar feeling of utter disappointment. You want a salad? Prepare to drop $12-$15 for mostly old greens and more of their overpriced chicken remnants.

Now, if Sheetz gave tiny/aged proportions at the expense of paying their employees a livable wage, I think I could get over it. The general employee only makes $9.50 / hr, and this is POST 2022 inflation. That isn't livable! One hour of a full shift barely covers the cost of their lunch. Neither the general items in the store nor the prepared food are worth the convenience fee. Truly one of the worst convenience stations of our time.

If the [extremely small proportions of] food weren't fairly decent (in terms of taste), I'd give the company a single star. Don't do this company any favors; let them go out of business. They certainly are NOT doing any favors for you.

Waited in the drive-through today for over 10 minutes for one item there was no 1 ahead of me in the drive-through the entire time I don't know who was running this place but not good not good at all I will be avoiding your store when possible

At the Powell sheetz #733 on 3rd shift. I was having problems because of my medication and the supervisor so helpful. She was patient, kind, and even helped me with my debit card. What a great person. I have been in there several times now and she is always working so hard.

Poor Communication

I sat at the window almost 10 minutes watching the employees prepare orders even though I ordered online already. I blew the horn and no one still acknowledged me until all their other orders were gone. Once the employee finally decided to open the window, my food had been prepared and sitting under the heat lamp. If my food wasn't the one being prepared and I'd already paid, why not just open the window to see what I had?! I literally wasted my time watching them prepare other orders when they could've handed me mine within 60 seconds. It takes a split second to ask someone what did they order and tell them it'll be out in a minute, but to see me and ignore until you get ready is just rude!

My son and his two cousins went to sheetz and ordered chicken tenders, the next day they all had a form of food poisoning. Vomiting, diarrhea, cramping, Lasted 2 days. My son alone had to call off work friday, saturday night which are big tip nights. Called to let sheetz know so they could pull the chicken tenders so noone else got sick. Got a call from corporate and because my son is over 18 she couldnt talk to me. I honestly dont know why she even called me. I said I only called so noone else got sick. She said in a loud voice. I CANT TALK TO YOU... I said we were not looking to sue, we just wanted the product pulled or checked so noone else gets sick. She said LOUDLY I CANT TALK TO YOU AND HUNG UP, among other mean things. Well we are now going to go for compensation recovery out of principle. What a crappy representative of the Sheetz corp.

HOT GARBAGE

I stopped in a couple of days ago for a quick bite to eat from the location in Duncannon. I decided to try the breakfast burritos which were 2 for $4.
These things were not only tiny, but, by far, the most horridic, disgusting, vile, trash that could barely be considered 'food'
Soggy from overheating, the moron behind the counter forgot to put tue egg s in it, just absolutely nasty.
I'm never expecting anything good when I walk into a Sheetz. But even for them this was below standards! I would much rather starve!

First time EVER going to a Sheetz store, # 5905 Finch Farm Rd, Trinity NC, phone # *******128@ 3:45 pm, A late 20- to mid 30 ish man and a VERY young lady working and she was new, could tell by questions she was asking him, HE IS NOT EQUIPPED TO BE TRAINING ANYONE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HIM EVER! NOT INTO HIS JOB NOR HELPING OTHERS, DIDN'T CATCH HIS NAME, TAG TURNED AROUND BACKWARDS, HONESTLY... VERY PISSY AND LACKING IS PUTTING IT LIGHTLY AS TO HOW THIS MAN ACTED! HE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE AT A JOB WHERE HE DOESN'T HAVE TO TRAIN ANYONE OR DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC! Will NOT go back! PERIOD 10,000 x! Only bought 3 things are that!
