I used Shapiro MD 3 yrs ago because my hair was coming out by the handful. Over the next several weeks my hair stopped falling out. In a few more weeks I had new growth coming in. I recently noticed open increase in hair loss so I ordered Shapiro MD and it arrived quickly in the mail. Hair loss has slowed dramatically! I love this product!

I had an issue with payment. Your site did not accept PayPal though never told me and so I figured this out when looking for my order. You agent was fine though unsympathetic. Also, your website doesn't give good direction on your products and best way to use.

I do like your products so thank you.

I have only been using the shampoo and conditioner for 2 weeks, however I do not like the shampoo very much and I dislike the conditioner. This may just be my hair type but I have very fine hair and because of the way the conditioner leaves my hair I loose even more hair in the sink after each wash. To be fair. I am going to continue using it until it is gone. Providing I am not loosing more hair

Wouldn't cancel the order one day after ordering. Lots of bad reviews, Zero customer service, won't answer emails or phone calls. Forced to notify card company immediatelt.

So far this has been an easy purchase. I just hope my card is not compromised as other purchases, but not from this company.

Your products took a while to get here, and I've only used them three times thus far. I hope that they live up to what is advertised. Back to you in a month with more information. Curious, when I called I inquired if the shampoo and conditioner were enough to really start to see results, or was it recommended that I add in minoxidil? The representative mentioned that the shampoo and conditioner would be the perfect combination to see results. If so why do you offer the minoxidil?

Mostly fine. I just hate the way your cost is shown. You show price at $57.and many , me included, have fallen for the PROMO price makes you feel like a great deal. Yay! 5 bottles for your PROMO. It makes me leary about the seller. You're already trying to confuse the buyer by not showing full price as the dominant figure up front. Just saying that 'shyster' price shown makes me feel that the company isn't TRUSTWORTHY.

It takes careful attention to sort through the promotional pricing to see the actual total cost. The user flow encourages user to take the quiz, which of course ultimately pushes you to the full 4 month package. It could be easier to sort and compare. Adding items after you see your total, without confirming the actual total before charging people is intentionally deceptive.

Fast & easy but I was unable to get OZ in each bottle which was frustrating since I don't Know how much product I m getting for my money

Im so happy I trusted my gut on this one and went for it...it took a bit to start showing, but after that it didnt stop...and I wont stop either!

Well, I'm still hoping for results. But I'm beginning to think my age (67) and time since I've losing hair (15years) means it's too late.

I was a little skeptical at first, but boy, did it worked! My hair started to show signs of growth, still workiing on it but, actually happy that Im seeing results.

Works wonders, I've never thought I would be able to grow my hair back. It took some time, but it defintly came through.

Also it would be nice if I could just actually go into a previous order and order it again with one click shopping

Too much back end sales. Your product should stand on its own, unless these other products help with the final results, then they should have been advertised at the beginning as well.

Hello, yes, my hair does stop falling out but I don't see the result, it's that my hair doesn't grow

What???? I did not order $179.00 worth of product!
What gives? I placed 1 order for shampoo and conditioner $40 something total.

I've been using the shampoo, conditioner and leave-in foam for approximately 6 months and overall am very pleased. I have pretty thick hair except a small bald spot in the back and a widow's peak. There has not been any growth in those areas but I certainly haven't lost anything in the areas I have it and if anything it's gotten even thicker.

So far I like the product but I see a charge pending today on my card for what appears ton be a real order which I did not place. Please cancel immediately or I'll post my dissatisfaction
