I had an issue with payment. Your site did not accept PayPal though never told me and so I figured this out when looking for my order. You agent was fine though unsympathetic. Also, your website doesn't give good direction on your products and best way to use.

I am very satisfied so far. I have noticed a difference in my hair texture. I have been only using it for 3 weeks and have high hopes with positive result. I just wish it comes with bigger bottle If you order for 2 months supply rather than current container
I'm blown away by how I truly found a solution that has been clinically proven to block hair loss and regrowth. It's been several months since I first purchased this product and I'll continue to do so with the results I have seen with my hair. From being a small boy battling a brain tumor and resulting in hair loss at a young age and always was looking for a solution to regrow damaged hair!
Purchasing the product was a breeze just waiting to see results. I did purchase a 4 month supply so I hope it works. I understand everybody is different. But I do like the shampoo and conditioner it makes my hair very soft and manageable. I only leave both products in my hair for 3 min only otherwise I get build up. I have very fine thin hair no balding yet cant wait to see results!
Tell you the truth, I have not even tried the product yet. It is still in the box. But I am not authorizing any more Shapiro products to be sent to me unless I request it. You are not authorized to take anymore money out of my account for future. This is my decision And I would like email or phone number or something if I need to get in contact with you. I used your shampoo and conditioner for about 2 weeks. It made my scalp burn, my hair VERY dry, and my hair loss increased. The bottles should arrive back to you today, with all necessary information for me to receive a full refund.

I can't use this all the time as I have psoriasis on my scalp and it re-appears with this shampoo actually most bottle shampoos - but not too badly so can only use this once a week- otherwise my hair is shiny and soft
I have only been using the shampoo and conditioner for more than a week and so far, I am liking its effect on my hair. I am starting to feel different & even my hair seems like it is having its volume. The scent is nice, too.
I am hopeful this will deliver with its promise so I can have bouncy hair with additional strands with continued use.

Your company is excellent in every way! Prompt deliveries, and if a product is being shipped later, you inform the customer. More importantly, your products actually work! I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

And it was then accepted. I felt it should have been an easier exercise. Anyhow, the order arrived, had an apology email from the company and further products at a discount, which I really appreciated. So far, I am happy with the product and hopefully no other issues will occur with my account.
Never heard from anyone in customer service for weeks. The package eventually showed up after it had been delivered to the wrong address. While I recognize that they had little control over delivery, the fact that I could not speak to someone to request a claim be filed with FedEx means I would have been out over $200. (FedEx only allows the shipper to initiate the claim). Even if the product turns out to be helpful, I will not purchase from them again.
You advertise the system as a 3 item but when you purchase it's only the shampoo & conditioner! Is this not considered false advertising? Apart from that I am going to try the system. I am 73 years old & have always had very thin short hair. I have tried many products that didn't work.
Wanted to order more than one bottle of shampoo but there was no place on the order to do that and didn't want to do two separate orders. Wish I would have had this product when I was younger as my hair loss has virtually ended. Thank you for a superior shampoo for hair loss.
Got it all in one small box. I would have liked it bubble wrapped but it's all intact bottles look smaller than the older ones I got before and you charge the same prices just saying I will be checking them later to see if I get the same amount per bottle
My order arrived in excellent condition. One suggestion for ordering. STOP the seemingly endless add-ons. Give shoppers the option to peruse additional product offerings IF THE CHOOSE to look at them. Do not continue requiring shoppers to scroll endless pages that have overly sensitive links that inadvertently add products to the intended purchase.
Give shoppers the chance to bypass those maddening add-ons and simply purchase the original product. My purchase came extremely close to losing my purchase. I'm sure I'm not the only one to express disgust with the current practice. I will not be subscribing or making future purchases.
I believe it's working. I only have one complaint. My hair is white and the color in your product deposits onto my hair leaving it looking drab. Because of this I may not reorder. I'm currently using a purple shampoo also, which may affect the results of your product. Time will tell.
My original order failed due to some sort of error at shapiromd. I was sent emails on 2 separate days following telling me that it had failed and that I could easily repeat the order by clicking on the provided link. I tried at least 8 times to repeat the order without success. Finally, I contacted customer service, working with Anne, I believe. The order was able to be entered and processed through Anne and was shipped in a very timely manner.
