Difficult website - not very user friendly.
Was a bit frustrated with the fact that I had to pay duty for this item (I am in Canada). This has never happened with anything I've ordered from the US. I also found it odd that instead of shipping it in the Shapiro MD box, they/you ripped apart the box, turned it inside out, then shipped the product.
I was over charged by about $110.95
You offered a promotional price. I was charged $229
I tried to call was put on a call back list n never heard from anyone. I've email about 5 or 6 times to try n get this cleared up. False advertising in my opinion and no way to contact with a response.
I've used this product for 1 month now and it is a little bit fuller than before. My hair is gray, below shoulder, and was starting to thin. I'm not getting as much loose hair as I did before. So I guess it might be starting to work. I do like the feel of my hair with your products.
I have used the shampoo, conditioner and foam almost every day for three weeks. After two weeks of use, not so much hair was falling out when I shampooed and dried my hair. I'm going to continue using the products as often as I can and am hoping the progress continues!
I've been using Shapiro MD shampoo, conditioner and leave in foam for seven months. I'm experiencing less fall-out but have yet to see regrow this. I'm remaining hopeful and continue to use this product.
I felt a little misled about the price, on another page, it said enter email address for an extra 10% off. Apparently that 10% was already included in the price I originally saw before I clicked to shop.
The website is a little challenging to navigate. It's obvious you're trying to force customers into a subscription package, but I didn't want to commit without trying products first. I also tried to go back later and look at what other products you offer and that was annoying and difficult as well. I get what you're trying to do, but maybe a link in the menu to see a list of all products would be helpful!
I thought your website made it very difficult to checkout at the end, kept asking if I wanted more products... which at first I just wanted to try the basics...
Also because I choose the free delivery option it took your company 3 weeks before shipment arrived at my home, which is insane...I almost felt like you were punishing me.
I travel quite a bit so I choose not to do auto delivery at this time plus I wanted to try the product first.
I've only been using the shampoo for a short time now but I seem to like it but nervous to purchase again because it took so long to receive.
Your company follow up with emails is excellent though!
What do you recommend for next time?
I didn't order at the price they were charging me so I had to contest that and then they offered a discount which I accepted rather than pay for shipping to send it back.
The advertisement was misleading
I only ordered once via Facebook. It took nearly a month for the order came then a week later I got automatic charge to my account for the next order which I did not authorize. I tried to call customer service and got no response yet. I'm very frustrated with this company. I just wanted to return all the products and do not want to have any further business with this company.
Mine was an auto ship re-order that was started and charged to my credit card on-- 9 Sept.20, it took 9 days to arrive which seems excessive, even by this Covid thing slowing down the mail. I order many on-line items with other companies and their products show up in a reasonable time fashion. Other than slow delivery, the product is fine.
I did not order earlier in August. You keep sending me shampoo, and I probably have 25 bottles of shampoo and conditioner at this point. You also keep charging me. That's OK cause I like the product but seriously I don't have the room to store any more shampoo. Stop sending me shampoo! I must be stuck in some computerized delivery loop. I tried calling but I was on hold for so long that I gave up.
It took over a month to get to me. Way too long. I had to follow up with customer service more than once.
I understand that because of Covid, there were shipping delays at the border so I can't blame ShapiroMD.
Serious suggestion: If you are currently back ordered, that should be indicated at checkout.
I had additional questions regarding the shampoo and the difference in amount of suds. The representative was thorough and made me feel valued as a customer. Have been using the products only about three weeks, but I have noticed a significant decrease in hair loss. Looking forward to having a full head of hair once again.
Returned product due to allergy. Had to call and email twice before receiving a RMA. My return was delivered to Shapiro MD on July 1,2020 per tracking number. I am waiting for my guaranteed refund. We shall see.
I haven't had an opportunity to use the Shapiro MD until August. Here we are in 2 wks and my hair feels a lot softer and thicker. I've even have body back into my hair! I'm hoping it will help filled the both sides which I've lost a couple of years ago due to my health and medications.
If you can suggest anything else that could help me filled those spots; please let me know.

I've been using the shampoo, conditioner and leave-in foam for approximately 6 months and overall am very pleased. I have pretty thick hair except a small bald spot in the back and a widow's peak. There has not been any growth in those areas but I certainly haven't lost anything in the areas I have it and if anything it's gotten even thicker.
My order took longer to come than expected, however I understand the delays. One of the products leaked but not too much so won't bother contacting anyone to have it replaced. The box was a little damaged.Hoping the product is good!

Order placed on 7/18, Saturday, I made a mistake not reading order carefully. I only ordered shampoo and conditioner for~$40, but other stuff added total costing $229.95. No one on the phone, so I requested cancel order via email. Following Monday, I called to confirm cancellation, but Juan said it was too late to cancel. I finally received the shipment on 8/4 and returned unopened. Experience was too bad, almost feel like dealing with scam. If this is ligit and stand by your product, I should be able to cancel within one hour of order. I am waiting fro my refund
I tried 3 times before being able to order the product. It's like I had to beg to pay you. Then I was charged additional shipping and handling once it arrived. Shapiro customer service gave the the canned line that they aren't responsible for what Canada does when it arrives to me, but when a Canadian order is placed we should be warned by Shapiro that this will or might happen.
