I was totally shocked when checking out at the total of my order. I didn't see in the very small print the number of bottles I was getting. It had already gone through payment so I was unable to cancel
I have been using the product every 2 to 3 days and honestly say I've seen no difference in my hair growth. Granted it's only been a month or so. I have and my hairdresser noticed Friday that since using the shampoo, my hair is a different color. It is naturally grey and now I have a honey or yellowish tone to my hair now.
I haven't used any color in my hair for years so your product is the only change to my routine. Not a happy camper with this issue
Have you been told by others about the shampoo affecting their hair color?
I have not yet had enough time of using the product to give any reliable experienced based feedback regarding the improvement, or lack thereof, of my hair loss issues. However, the products are pleasant to use. My hair feels nice and clean. The only thing is that I do not like the smell of the product. It smells like my husband's aftershave. It's nice on a man, however, I would prefer smelling like a woman.
I received the product but it took a few weeks. I'm not sure it works with any permanent change. It seems to be one of those, if it does work for you, you must use forever or the hair falls back out. I think the price is super inflated and not suitable for forever use. They put just enough in a bottle to last about 30 days. So at an average of $65 a month, it's certainly heftily priced.
Just started using this about a month ago, so far I've not seen a lot of change but hoping consistency will show a big improvement. Will follow up once I've used it longer & can say if it works or not...
I have only been using product for a couple weeks. I have noticed my hair and scalp feel much cleaner and lighter and healthier looking. My hair is very thin and it has seemed to help with the look of fuller hair. I am so far happy with this product. Thank you, cant wait to see further results!
I contacted Shapiro customer service because my order was damaged. I used the chat function on the Shapiro website but was advised to call the customer service number instead. I did so and waited approximately 2 hours at which time the phone disconnected. I will never do business with Shapiro again. I am still waiting for my replacement order and expect I will be in my grave before I get it. Thumbs down.
I received my order in a prompt fashion. My son never received his shampoo-order placed same day as mine.
Apparently the confirmation of his address was never updated in your computer system. I called customer service and the agent said he fixed it but my son is still waiting delivery!
I am not sure yet but I'm using it the first set I bought had a little bottle of moose/ foam for added the second order did not. If you want better results you should add that to the box like my first box.
I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for the past 2 weeks. It makes my hair feel soft. I am just now beginning to see less shedding, however, I have also been using other supplements, so I'm not yet sure if it is the shampoo or a combination of all the products I'm taking.
Love love this product! My hair hasn't been this soft and shiny in years. I've been using it for a couple of weeks so whether there has been any new growth I haven't seen yet but I'm very excited to see my hair after a couple of more weeks of use. The scent is amazing!
I bough my kit on July 4th, and never received, and I got charge twice on my card, I didn't receive any email Back, after my complain, nobody call me. So frustrated. I send message 2 days ago, and nothing, I attached the picture of my account charges twice. I just want someone tell me what is going on.

It took almost a month to receive the products. This may be my mistake, but I assumed free shipping meant free of all charges, however I live in Ontario, Canada and had to pay $50 CA in duty/import fees to collect my package at the post office. I am excited to try the product and hope it works, but probably won't be ordering again if I always have to pay an import fee.
I placed an order on July 22. I called immediately when I saw the order was wrong. Never was able to get anyone to help me. I received my order. I took out what I wanted which was one shampoo conditioner and treatment. I can mail those back to because I'm upset with my whole experience with y'all. Please refund me my money! All of it
My order arrived timely and complete. I don't know about hair regrowth yet, but I noticed immediately that after using your shampoo and conditioner, combing my hair was much easier than usual and that only a fraction of the usual amount of hair came out on my comb. So far, great experience.
The hair care package I purchased was not very clearly labeled/listed with all items, so I ended up "adding" onto/ purchasing something with end prompts that was already included in the package so I spent $70 extra on something I would not have if I had understood the purchased products...it was just confusing on the mobile page. It would not show me what was in my cart or package while showing me add ons. So now I have way too much foaming product now.
The marketing is a bit misleading and thus I will be completely cancelling my order. I did receive after 3-4 weeks and was offered a discount when I called to cancel. However, not until I received my order did I get the full details of the program. The shampoo, conditioner and leave in foam is all that is included in the marketing portion but then you receive the details recommending an additional 3 steps which are important in the hair growth process.
Not sure if I'm right or wrong but it appears that the leave in conditioner is not included with this purchase since it was offered to me at a 40% discount after I made the kit I wanted.It is in the pictures so therefor comes with the other 2 bottles. False ad. If I'm wrong. Oops sorry. If right take the conditioner out of picture because I now expect it.
I can be so negative sometimes sorry but that's life. Everything you see in ad came. And she has been using it but too early to see if it works. The customer service seems to be great I haven't used it but it all looks like a very dedicated team that's is there if needed. All in all she is happy when's she's happy I am happy.

Received items damaged and have been trying to contact customer service for over 3 weeks. Box is leaking with a damaged product and i didn't even take out of the box. Tried calling several times only to be left on hold for someone to help and then the phone goes dead if you try and leave a message. I want a refund, not able to trust this company without having some type of customer service. Very dissappointed having to deal with hair lose and this type of service. I want to give this a no rate, but it won't allow, that is why i gave it one star
I was very disappointed at the introductory price quickly changing to hundreds of dollars I'm sure there was some fine print that said you have to sign up for the club but when Zi clicked on the special offer I thought that was what I was getting, it definitely appeared to be cheaper then all the sudden a super expensive charge. Even if I see a benefit I don't think I would buy it not because of the price but just out of doing the right thing. I'm sure there are many families who can afford the introductory price you click on and think you are getting but not the crazy amount u get charged. It just seems really wrong and misleading.
I bought this product to improve the amount of hair loss I was experiencing on my brush, clothing, car, etc. My hair was everywhere! This is actually my third product and found this one has been far better! The test is looking at my hairbrush after my morning brushing. There is hardly any there! 1 maybe 2 strands? I used to be able to pull several strands at once from my hair. Not anymore. I am using the product 2-3 days a week and supplementing with my regular shampoo. I started using the product 3 weeks ago and noticed results immediately. I shampoo daily! I didn't have any bald spots, just a lot of fall and my ponytail was noticeably thinner.
