It's too soon to recommend the products since I have not noticed an improvement to date. It's only been a couple of weeks.

I was shipped a male product not a female product? I really just wanted to return and have the correct product shipped but no response. Very concerning no way to run a business

Order process was easy to complete. Product arrived in a timely manner.

Shapiro shipped quickly and kept me informed along the way. I received the leave-in conditioner which was to heavy for my hair. When I called customer service about it, they were very professional and are sending me the regular rinse out conditioner. They were very pleasant to work with

I love the shampoo. I find the conditioner not even adequate. It doesn't get tangles out. And when I left it in as a leave in conditioner it made my hair gummy

The customer service chat was helpful and quick. No problem getting the order. I do not like the product. It dries my hair our. I wash every 2nd or 3rd day.

I dont see any changes
