I have been very pleased so far. I got a kit and will need some shampoo in the very near future. It is too early to give a report on the results of the products, however, my hair feels clean. The products are very pure.

Using the website to learn more about products and place an order was a breeze. After I placed my order, I realized I had chosen an incorrect product, but I had already been charged. I tried to use the Contact Us feature where I sent a message directly from the site, but I haven't received a response yet. I will try the phone number to connect and get the issue resolved.

Too soon to tell if the shampoo and conditioner are making a difference. I will continue to use it. It does seem that my hair is dry looking, not smooth and silky. That is a frustration.

Nice products. However my hair is oily and the shampoo doesn't leave my hair clean at all. The conditioner adds to the problem. I use the products once or twice a week.However I can tell it is having an effect; the burning, itching sensation I've had in my scalp for a long time is gone.
If a problem occurs, your customer service staff is quick, attentive and personable. As for Shapiro we love it but any way you can have a senior price? It is a bit pricey for us so we don't order it often. Ty!

I requested your product for a woman, 2% monoxidil. I received 5%, which is the amount used for men. I just wanted to exchange it but I haven't received any direction from ShapiroMD. They don't return call, email, or guidance!
It took 3 1/2 weeks to receive my order. I was notified by Fedex that my shipment was in Britain. I called Fedex who said they knew nothing about the matter. The next thing I knew I received a notice from Canada Post saying I owed $28.00 in duty taxes.
I received the product after much delay. One of the items isn't suitable for my hair loss issues (the minoxidil is specifically for the vertex area which is not my problem. This was NOT clear in their advertising). I emailed customer service to ask for a refund but have yet to hear back. I contacted someone named Tanya directly, as I was directed to do so in my package. Very frustrating.
Easy & fast ordering. The ordering experience was excellent but now that I've tried the product I'm extremely disappointed. I develpped a rash on my scalp & I started "losing" a noticeable amount of hair with each shampoo. I need to get a refund. Please advise on how I can have my money refunded. Thank you.
You offer a trial kit for shipping price only but cannot find a way to order the trial kit for shipping. You tease with this offer, then "bait and switch" with offers for multiple bottles of product that I'm not sure I even want yet. It's false advertising! I do want to try these products but would like a way to order a starter set with just one bottle of each like you show in your videos. I'm not sure I trust you guys now... ****Follow up on 9/13/2019...I received my order. I haven't used enough for hair to grow but the shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair feeling so soft and all the frizz is gone. I love the way my hair feels now. This part of Dr. Shapiro's products would get a rating of 5 stars. My rating of 2 stars is due to the web site and lack of information and the difficulty and confusion in trying to order.
I received my package, the only issue was that all the items were just throw into the box and not sealed or packed so that they wouldn't open. The box was torn and smashed, which i realize was probably occurred from the shipper. One bottle of conditioner opened and was all over the other items. About 1/4 of the bottle had spoiled out. I chose not to notify you since 1: i realized it sad handled roughly by the shipper and 2: it was not worth the hassle to complain.
Anyways, my recommendation is that the product be l package with more care in the future.
I thought i was only ordering one of each of the products i had picked to order but, after i clicked the button to buy i see a tiny times four in which I did not and would not buy that much product before trying. As soon as i seen 250+ dollars taken off my card I immediately emailed stating it was a mistake i only wanted one of each. I get a return email saying soory we take you of our site and shipped it all anyways.
Your system sent two orders when I only ordered one. I have documented 13 calls on hold and then thrown into a voicemail. I have written, called and tried to contact you through your contact page. ZERO response. I turned the issue over to my credit card company because you shipped the orders together so I could not even refuse one. I have the other to return to you as soon as Discover confirms you will pay return shipping for incorrect order. You may have a good product yet I have never had worse service.
Products arrived in a timely manner. I have begun to notice little hairs growing! It has been about three weeks. It is a bit of a pain to put the shampoo in my hair, and leave in for 20 minutes. But I have figured out a routine. If that is all I have to do to get rid of the thinning hair in front, then big deal! The products smell nice too. Not overpowering, and not medicinal.
I placed my order on July 19th with the expectation that it would be delivered within 3-7 days as advertised. After two weeks with no order in sight I contacted customer service and only then was I informed that one of the items was on back-order and had not even shipped yet. It would have been nice to be informed up front that the shipment would be delayed so that my expectations were realistic. The customer service operator was not apologetic and just said it very matter-of-factly as if I already knew. It did not inspire me to keep spending so much money. I am waiting to see how/if the product works and then will decide if I want to continue giving you my business.
