I have high hopes that this product will work. I did call to confirm that initial order would not produce auto shipment monthly by default. The whole experience was unprofessional and not at all in line with the image I felt you want to portray.

I thought my order had gone through but I didn't because of credit card issues. I never received any email saying that it was denied. A few weeks went by when I could have had continuously used your product but ran out before I actually call to see if the order was received or not

Haven't used it long enough to know. Didn't realize it was auto ship. I am impressed how easy the company made it to register for an account and skip a shipment, I need more time and still have plenty of product.

I have been using Shapiro shampoo and conditioner for almost 2 years and would never stop using it. My hair has grown back fuller and grows so fast now I have it cut every 4 weeks.
Highly recommend to anyone suffering thinning hair. It does take time but well worth the wait to see results.

The wait was a little bit longer than expected

The wait was a little bit longer than expected. But thankfully, I was able to receive them. It's actually funny coz the package arrived when we were being told to evacuate because of the LNU fire. But all's good. Thank you.

I ordered Shapiro MD hoping that it would help me keep my hair and hopefully grow thicker, healthier hair.
The order came in a brown box but each product is nicely packaged.
I have been using the shampoo, conditioner, and foam on my hair for about a month.
It smells good. And the foam with the coffee in it seems to stimulate my scalp.
I'm not sure it is doing what they claim it will do yet, but they said it takes some time.

So far, I am satisfied with my whole experience about ordering but with respect to results, I think it's too soon to see any yet. But I'm excited to have something to try to regain my hair back after being on cancer medication for 5 years. I'm hoping and praying that these products that's supposed to help is on my hands. Upon receiving my shipment which was expensive enough, I had to pay a customs charge for being shipped to Canada. I should have been aware of this charge during the order period.
I called customer service and they offered me a one time 20% off my order due to the unknown fee.
I will try the shampoo and conditioner and see if it makes a difference. If not I will not be ordering more because of the border charges.
Thank you for the discount. It was very much appreciated.

Too many ads, over and over

Too many ads, over and over. Please simplify and discontinue the heavy sales pitch. If someone is interested In additional information, they will or they won't purchase. It's annoying to continue being poked at. These type of sales ads generally raise a red flag for me, it's reminiscent of a scam.

My order came and one of the foaming leave in treatments was completely empty. 2 bottles of the conditioner had also leaked everywhere. I've tried calling customer service several times and get told the next available customer service rep will call me back and I have not received any call yet.

Very poor

Very poor. So hard to get hold of your customer service. I was put on hold for many hours and i tried calling many times. Very disappointed. I've been using the product for almost a month and I never noticed any good result, i'm still having falling hairs. Product does not work for me.

I'm still losing hair and haven't found the product to be helpful yet. I've been using it for 3-4 weeks since getting my first shipment of the shampoo and conditioner and mousse. Frustrating. Especially because the product is more expensive than I'm comfortable spending.

Hair products arrived promptly

Hair products arrived promptly. Not sure how I like them yet - my hair seems to be a little coarse and dry after washing/conditioning. I'll keep trying them though to see if they help with reducing the thinning of my hair.

I have been trying to contact customer service by phone and email for weeks but have not had success. I received four sets of the products, however, I thought that I had ordered just one. I would like to return the extra three set, which requires return authorization from Shapiro.

I purchased the shampoo, conditioner, and spray foam. Can't see any results yet as I have only been using the products for three weeks.

After my purchase at full price, I then started receiving mailings at 50% off full price. Not what I expected from this company!
