I have been using these products for about 2-3 weeks now. No real results yet on hair loss but I do like the way my hair is...soft, easy to style and manage! Looking forward to results after more applications!
I have been using the product for about 3 months now and even my hairdresser is noticing some new growth. Unfortunately airport security collected my first bottle (packed in wrong suitcase) so I am now buying a new one.
Lack of knowledge of your own brand. Could not answer my questions because The package says for men use only. She said that it was the beginning of the package? Why don't you try?
She doesn't know what she is talking about it.
Takes forever to reach the customer service not responding my email 2 times and still don't.
I did even try it and returned. Well I haven't received any respond yet.
It might be a great product but You may want trading well for customer service rep. Very disappointed.
Products arrived quickly. I've been using the product for almost month and I am just starting to see a decrease in hair loss! I think it might actually work! I am always skeptical about products making claims that seem too good to be true. Satisfaction guaranteed, so I took a chance.
When my package arrived two months of product were shoved into a tiny box. My packaging was bent and one of the bottles was leaking. The products looked old. Like they sat on the shelf for a really long time. I'm still going to try them out. But hesitant to reorder.
Easy to order but over one month to receive product. When I did receive the products, the (leave in foam) bottle leaked inside the box during shipping. I immediately called customer service to tell them of the problem with packaging but could not get anyone on the phone. Supposed high volume calls, hard to believe, due to pandemic left me sitting on hold for 15 minutes and then the automated service let me leave my name and number for a return phone call. No call back as of writing this review. I will continue to contact customer service for a product replacement.

This product ended up costing me way to much for a senior citizen on a fixed income. First they gave me a 45 dollar discount but when the product arrived I realized it was two expensive. Called customer service and returned it still waiting for my refund.
Would be better to show the individual options along with the combined products for people on fixed incomes. Prices are out of my income level and not enough shampoo for the price. Most people with hair loss like myself can't afford this product on a regular basis
I received an email stating the delivery of my product followed by another that there would be a delay and a different arrival date. It never came. I received automated replies only via Facebook Messenger. Never a returned phone call, never able to speak to a live person. After many emails with no reply, my final one with my concerns that was going to warrant a report to the Better Business Bureau did my order get processed almost immediately.
Gave 4 stars only because I didn't like that all these other products were offered that were not mentioned in the video. If I were to get them all it would be VERY pricey on a monthly basis. So going to give the shampoo, conditioner and daily foam a try before committing long term.
LOVE the products! Can't see any difference yet as it's only been a few weeks - which was to be expected... but I AM seeing smoother, cleaner and easier to manage hair! I don't even need to use the hair dryer as it dries so nicely on it's own! Thank you!
I sent several emails and never got a human response. My order said shipped but when I checked tracking each day the arrival date got pushed back every day as if the package was just sitting somewhere waiting to be picked up.
The women on the phone were very helpful though and I appreciated the call back feature rather than having to wait on hold.
I've used it several times and each time my felt like straw. Also it was so tangled. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or does this product do this with other customers? I may have to return the products if it continues to react this way to my hair. Thank you.
You cannot reach anyone in customer service for help, no matter how long you stay on hold. When you email they never reply. I am allergic to the product. Need to send it back, want refund, and they will provide NO HELP! I have Begged. They are waiting till my 60 days runs out.

The shampoo and Conditioner make my hair like straw. Cannot get a comb through. Have continued use to see if it might work out over time but it has not and the top seems to be getting thinner!?!
I would like to return all the products purchased!

So happy to be able to buy the products individually.I have had a better experience this time because I did not have to pay duty which cost me $50.00 on the last order. That made ordering prohibitive.
Thank you for checking. The process was very efficient and productive. However, I do have a comment an suggestion for your ordering system. I am a customer who has little hair on the top of my head and this I cut my hair with a #1 blade, effectively shaved. With each shampoo I only use a small amount of shampoo, thus I will not need a new bottle each month. So, I submit that you have a category of ordering which is every other month for people like me as after a few months I will have product stockpiling. If this is a possibility please advise. When choosing add-ones for my order, I was never given a new total cost. The shipment arrived and it was almost $300 more than I thought it would be.
I have been trying to return the items and can't reach anyone in customer service.
I would NOT recommend shopping with this company.
I don't like finding out about additional products available to me at the last minute. Let me read about them to see if they're for me before I'm checking out. Also, if I could have chosen to cancel my VIP membership myself online should I decide this system isn't for me, I would have joined the replenishment program. Having to call a number and potentially be put on hold or not be able to reach someone isn't appealing.
