Tried your shampoo and conditioner and the extra gift included. Honestly haven't seen much progress. I'm older and my hair has been getting super thin on top of scalp. Thought this product would work. I'm giving it a little more time though.
So far I really haven't seen a radical change, but am willing to hang in there and give it a chance. Ordered the system times 4, so will be looking towards a more positive future post of accolades. Thank for offering this option.
Not super clear when buying that there were other products available until I had agreed to purchase the shampoo/conditioner. Seems unclear if they will work fine on their own or what the benefit is of the other supplements included.
So use the product for a while it seem to make my hair feel thicker. Did not notice getting fuller specially on top. I do like the fact that you change the conditioner it feels richer than before good job
So far I been using this product since 4/08 and can't tell any growth, just losing hair. I am a little worried, but I have only washed my hair twice. I do use the foam conditioner every day. Going to start washing twice a week as of 5/04/2020. Will let you know my concerns in a month Thank-you Janice Skinner
The tube packaging is very poor. The shampoo keeps licking. The amount of shampoo decreased comparing to what I received previously. The bottle was much better choice
I only wanted to buy just the shampoo and nothing else but when the order came it was over two hundred dollars, so I never opened it and sent it back, you should be receiving soon. Please send me a refund because I paid for it on my credit card. Thank you Alice Brenner
I don't know yet because I haven't used it yet. It is in my bathroom waiting for my use. Please stop thinking that I have ordered it more than once.
I have been using this shampoo for over eight months now, I have not noticed one bit of difference. For me this product does not deliver. I would not recommend this shampoo.
I don't like the way this makes my hair feel. It makes my hair look and feel dull. I would like a refund
It was quick and complete with a phone number to contact you if I have questions. I'm feeling like you are legit and honest which I hardly ever get when shopping online with a unknown company. So hopefully this works and my hair stops falling out.

I now know that you guys put in the wrong country in the address line hence why it took two months to finally arrive. I ran out of my supply over a month ago which really voided my past treatment regime. Not happy.
Not happy with added offers when it's my 1st order placed, not sure it will even work for me. Would be more open to rate higher after a month product is used.
5-23-20: It's only been 2 weeks, yet I still am loosing a lot of hair, so not ready to give it my complete rating.
Had difficulty yesterday, called your support person, he said there was no record of me ordering. Am trying again...we shall see. He said to call another number, maybe get more discount.
I received my order. Am using the products. We shall see. I took before shots and will take pictures after three months, will share.
I would have given it a five until I had to press 'No thanks' for a subscription about 10 or more times. I was tempted to exit out!. Let your product first speak for itself and THEN I would consider a subscription. As it is, I'm buying 2 months worth.
Now that I've received & have been using the products twice a week (that's my normal shampooing schedule) for the last 2.5 weeks, I can see a positive difference in my loss of hair! I did order 2 sets of the 3 items so I'll see how long the first bottles last with both my husband and I using them and then will know how often to set my subscription up.
It was a bit of a hard sell for my liking, pushing additional products after the initial purchase. I urge Dr Shapiro to do a couple of things with his products...make a women's version that doesn't smell like men's cologne and make the formula easier to work through long hair. The product seems ideal for men, but not women.
I ordered the incorrect amount of product and tried numerous times to fix the issue before it shipped but nobody returned my calls. So far, not very thrilled with this company. Hopefully the products will work well and change my mind.

When I received my order one of the pumps leaked out leaving it empty all over everything! I would like to cancel my subscription! I feel customer support is a major factor doing business and I'm highly disappointed.
Also after two weeks of use I started getting sores on my scalp.
I have not had time to respond since I received my order, however I was disappointed in the amount of money taken out of my account. I was agreeing to what I remember was about a $48 charge, however, my invoice states that I paid $179.82. I'm certainly hoping that this works for me because I've been using it for about four weeks now and can't tell any difference. I will let you know if indeed it doesn't work.
I am also concerned with there being another charge taken out of my account when this three month trial is over. I read some of the reviews for your product and several people said that was the case. I am hoping that does not happen with me.
One bottle of shampoo leaked - all over everything in the box. Two foam containers had the caps knocked off - you might try a shrink wrap tamper-evident seal.
Overall, I like the shampoo and conditioner.
