I bought 3 bras and received only 2 but they charged me for 3. In that same order they tacked on a membership that I said I did not want. It took me an hour and a half to finally get the membership cancelled. They do not have a customer service number, I had to go through a bot before they connected me to a customer service representative. I will never purchase from them again. I received so many ads for Shapermint over the years, but finally decided to give their products a try 3 months ago because I had a dress that fit really well but actually showed my belly's cellulite! So I purchased a cami in size 3X, and was thrilled to see that at 5'0", it fit like a minidress! More importantly, it hid my cellulite and the compression felt supportive. Since that initial order, I have purchased 4 more camis, 4 high waisted shaper shorts, and my absolute favorite, 2 high waisted boy shorts, which are the perfect length for short people! Finally, I just ordered the bandeau strapless bra, and as it advertised, it gives me support with no underwire! These products are FANTASTIC!

I've been waiting over 6 weeks for my order. Had 4 different conversations on the chat with no resolution. Now they've reordered it but tracking shows no movement in 3 days. Terrible customer service, no explanations just blame the courier. I will never order from them again.

I really like them for wearing with looser clothing and under skirts, but they don't exactly stay in place and they create some "rolls" at the top where they stop. Near my rib cage. I'm 5'2 and 137-140 pounds. They are very long on me but it's not that bad. Also, when I was told I should exchange them for something that fit my body better, I was not offered a new item in exchange, instead I would have to pay the normal price even though I bought these one sale so that's pretty disappointing. And there's a return fee, it's not free. Whatever they can do to persuade you from returning I guess..
Upon asking for a refund, bc I need the bra sooner than their expected shipment, the "nice" agent became dismissive. Told me I'd get my money back in 5-10 business days. Most all companies are 3-5 business days. Then she cut me off before I could say another word. These ppl are only NICE when you're ordering. God forbid you need the product sooner than they can accommodate and you ask for a refund! I've never purchased a wireless bra and was extremely skeptical to begin with.

Their supposed shaper briefs do absolutely nothing! And they also state easy returns but the in fine print keep your shipping charges! Online shopping is hard enough without having to incur shipping charges when the product is not as stated! Beware do not purchase from Shapermint! You would think in this day and age a company would be able to respond to a simple email asking for order status. But no, it's an answer bot on the helpline, created a ticket, got a form email and still no idea where my order is. I have attempted this every other day since the 5 business day shipping period is over. Tried calling customer service, option 1 to track order, sent to vm. Called back, gave option 3 a try, disconnected the call. Will be contacting better business bureau.

I placed an order on October 17th being promised delivery within one week. Messages started to arrive that the order was delayed. The tracking system indicated that the order had been delivered in April. The robotic chat was useless and I have been waiting over 24 hours for "live Chat". I want to cancel my order as the event that I ordered for is next week and I have purchased an alternative product. I am told this is not possible by the robot and can not get hold of a live human being in any shape or form. Shapermint are a disgrace. Do not buy from them. This company isn't trustworthy. I paid for a product I haven't received and don't even have tracking information on. Do not waste their money. I asked for a refund since I don't even know my order has shipped, but they said it's too late. It's been 2 weeks now and customer service says it could be another 2 weeks. They can't tell me where the product is shipping from.

The items take a very long time to ship. No one responds to inquiries about no tracking number and no items unless you leave a negative comment on their Facebook page. Once my item did arrive weeks later it really doesn't fit well. I followed the sizing chart and selected the size but the tank is way too long to be comfortable and it rolls up if you to to tuck it inside your jeans. I'll never wear this item.

I wanted to try one bra. After selecting and entering payment info, kept getting pop-ups to purchase something else. Got frustrated and exited. Immediately found out I had been charged and tried to cancel. That's impossible. Didn't get a purchase order,which is necessary to cancel, until it shipped. I had been in touch with customer service who refused to help. Said they could do nothing and I would have to return. Major scam!
I'll never buy a thing from shapermint again. First problem, I had a coupon which they did not take off my total nor did they return any emails addressing the issue. Then after waiting weeks for my order, it doesn't fit right. I ordered the shaping boy shorts & it rolls down from the top & the short part is so tight it makes my butt look flat. Not a good look. I didn't bother to return because I'm just done with this company. I'll take a loss & learn a lesson from this.

I recently purchased 4 of the wire-free support bras. My mistake. I should have bought one and tried it. I do not like the fit. The band around the bottom will not stay down. It is more like a padded bra than one yo give extra support. It makes my boobs look even bigger than they already are. I look like a football player with pads! I know people love them. Not me! Be very sure u have the correct size it's a nightmare if not impossible to return. Yes they advertise a seamless return policy but sadly they don't live up to that statement. Who knows if the product actually works because they send you whatever they want instead of what you actually ordered. You would think hmmm ok simple fix? NO! Only computer bots that don't actually help and there doesn't seem to be a real person to speak with. People work hard for their money and expect to get what they ordered. I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
