The first bra I got was too big, I followed the sizing on the website. I received a replacement bra one size down and it fits perfectly. It is comfortable, straps don't move and it is comfortable to wear all day, works well with my clothes.

I paid for an order and 13 days later had no product, no tracking and no communication on the order. I had to be the one to follow up. Why? I gave my order number and then was asked if I was following up on "these items" cue the image of some leggings. No. I gave you my order number. Look it up and see I ordered bras! After reviewing, I was told the winter storms delayed these. Wrong. These should have shipped before the storms got bad. Besides, they've subsided now and they're still not shipped. It would be another 4 business days to ship and I was offered a 20 and then 25% discount to keep the order. I'm not inclined to wait longer for an already overpriced product when I've gotten zero service. I do love the bras, but the customer service (or lack thereof) with ZERO communication is horrible. You can't just take people's money and not ship an item without getting the customer's OK for a backorder. There should have been a temp hold on my credit card, and if the order couldn't ship in 3 days, the temp hold would drop off. Instead, I was fully charged, got zero product and zero updates. It's obvious they are out of stock on these, and I just wasn't told the truth. If I just would have been contacted, told the truth, and offered a discount to keep the order 10 or so days ago, I might have been inclined to wait. But zero communication is not OK. This is not how successful business is conducted.
