This is my second order with Shapermint. The first ordered arrived with Canada Post. It was delivered to a lock box in my building. This second order is through DHL. They tried to deliver but I was not home. I received an email that they tried to delivery. I tried to track the package but am finding their website not user friendly. I can't track it. I am hoping they leave a delivery notice letting me know where I can go to pick up my purchase. Due to the shipping (and only because of this) I will probably not order again.

My order came right on time. I ordered one comfortable bra in the past and I had to get two more they are so amazing.
Shapermint has great customer service. The product I received kept rolling down. Their website says the band doesn't roll. When I told them about it they sent another product that works perfectly. You may be able to get similar products elsewhere, but you aren't going to find better customer service.

I purchased a wireless bra because it's a pandemic and I wanted something comfortable for working from home. I am reasonably satisfied with the product and might have bought it again. Unfortunately the company sent me an unsolicited marketing email - about which I have separately complained- suggesting that women who buy Shapermint products must necessarily have something wrong with their bodies and feel bad about themselves as a result. I do not believe there is anything wrong with my body or feel bad about myself. I do not believe Shapermint has any business trying to tell me I'm ugly - you don't even know me - and who the hell are you to think you have a right to police my body? I think it is phenomenally stupid of your company to gratuitously offend your customers like this. I will never buy anything from you again. If you continue emailing me reminding me of this incident, I will start a boycott of your company.

Haven't received my second order yet due to weather. It's been a couple weeks now. But I am disappointed that your website doesn't have what I want in my size, in the colours I want. So I had ended up ordering 4 black cami, size large (only colour available it that size). Why is it that white and beige are always out of stock in size large? I had amazing customer service when my shapermint leggings didn't fit. They talked me through what I need in a pair of leggings and sent me a new pair free of charge.
I have received my new leggings and they fit perfect, however I do find them a bit stiff. There's not a big amount of stretch
