Briefs were sized M/L. I should have know this isn't reasonable. Unless you like the feeling of being a squeezed sausage. Also gave me a muffin top I didn't have before. Might work for average sizes but not borderline. Works for me I guess.
The shape-wear itself is beautiful quality and the help centre/contact team are so incredibly helpful. Shapermint really go above and beyond when making sure the customer is 100% happy with their purchase and that if you order a size that does not fit, it is very easily resolved. The wonderful contact team are also quick when replying to inquiries and overall my experience has been great and I only have good words for Shapermint and the people behind it! Would definitely recommend.

I purchased an XL product and it was too large so when I tried to exchange it for a smaller size, they told me to keep the XL and the L would be on it's way. Shipping is fast and the product is just as described. Comfortable but does a great job of shaping my curves.

Stop the madness! This company represents that their product does something it does not do. It indicates it will refund all of your money. THEY DO NOT! They charge you to return the items back to them. Even after being proactive and contacting this company about their policy and intent by them to refund the FULL amount (When contacted prior to returning, their Rep.'s indicated I would get back all money. They even gave me a partial portion back before I even sent back the items to ensure I would definitely get all on my money).
THEY ARE NOW RENEGING AND REFUSING TO RETURN $9.95 (per them, this was the shipping cost). An expedited cost that was not needed-/requested. The gimmick promotional purchasing protocol will hook you. BEWARE. Did not have the items 2-3 days. Sent items immediately back to company. Saw upon immediate arrival that this was misrepresentation of product features-/functionality (i. E., WILL NOT DO what it purported IT CAN DO AS shapewear).
Open one small bag to see the fabric. I did not even take the other items out of their bags. I am still fighting them, but will be escalating with all types- (albeit legal-, governmental or banking entities) within my rights and purview for my $10 bucks. VESTED at this point because I have not gotten any use or benefit.
DON"T DO IT TO YOURSELF. The headache in getting your money back equates to an actual "too tight" piece of shapewear... you may have access to "a" product-/solution, but the pain in use is worse than not having at all and as you would imagine... just not worth your time. AGAIN, DON'T DO IT.

This company went above, beyond & even further to make things right when I purchased an item I didn't like. They made sure I was happy & then made sure I was even happier! It was like WOW!
The fabric did not hold me in like other girdles that I have paid less money for. I was not satisfied with the fa bric.

I like my empetua bra. 1 out of 3 times that I go to the website to order another, the site does not work -- it won't accept the order. It will be this way for at least several hours. And they don't admit to it --- they say to try clearing your cache and browing history, which doesn't work. This exact same problem has happened to me more than once. It is clearly an ongoing website issue. Very frustrating that this online business can't keep its website working.

Shapermint really delivers on its promise. Smooths and shapes without being uncomfortable. I was surprised at how lightweight these are. They don't roll down, are cheaper than Spanx, and in my opinion, work better than anything else on the market.
First item didn't fit right They offered to replaced with another of a different size. That did the trick! I'm satisfied with their service! They did what the could to make sure I was happy with the product.
