I bought a bra from Shapermint based on an ad I saw. I am always on the lookout for a comfortable everyday bra. It was so soft and comfortable and fit everywhere perfectly but was a little tight around the bra band under my breasts. I wondered if I larger size would throw the rest of the fit out of whack for me, but I decided to call and ask. I had already worn and washed the bra. The representative was very nice, and she told me I did not need to return the bra, but they would just send me the next size. They did, kept me informed, and the bra fits perfectly!
I ordered xs bra it was little tight but still so comfortable I didn't have to exchange to bigger size. It was so strangely comfortable! Just love it!

I returned an item to them and it has been more than 3 weeks since I mailed it with tracking number, and they still have yet to refund my money. When you go to their website, you cannot even call someone. They have these automated "chats" that don't seem to understand anything you type in. It's ridiculous. If you want to be a respected business, customer service should be at the top of that list. They have failed miserably.
