I returned an item to them and it has been more than 3 weeks since I mailed it with tracking number, and they still have yet to refund my money. When you go to their website, you cannot even call someone. They have these automated "chats" that don't seem to understand anything you type in. It's ridiculous. If you want to be a respected business, customer service should be at the top of that list. They have failed miserably.
