I love the products that I bought but I also have to brag on their customer service. I had an issue with one of my orders and they were very quick to replace my order and to be sure that I was satisfied.
I bought the underwear shape wear and they are amazing! Wish I would have bought at least two!
I ordered one style of bra that was expected to fit based on the size chart, but it did not fit well. Customer service sent me, for free, new bras of a better fit and style. Considering the price point, this was an excellent way to get me to try new styles in the future without fear.

This my recent experience. I used my American Express card via Amazon Prime. Items ordered did not fit. The Shapermint's website was unresponsive to my refund request, the website would only allow an exchage for the same item, different size. American Express contacted the Shapermint company, investigated and removed the charge. The company never responded to me, the materials were returned by mail to the company in their original packing materials. The company is saying the items were never returned and I owe them money. The policy info on the website does not correspond with Shapermint's actions in my experience.
Hi, Elizabeth. Sorry you had a hard time getting a refund for your order. We did look into it and it seems that we've issued the refund back to your account today. You do need to use the return label we provide upon request so our system can track the return package and issue the refund automatically though. I originally bought a pair of high waisted shorts according to the size listed in your chart. Got them, and tried them on, really big! I rarely return things, but... I washed them and messaged to return and was told to donate them, and you sent me the size I requested as a replacement without charge, no questions or hassles. Wonderful service. Oh, the new ones fit and hold everything in perfectly. Thanks!

I think the bra is very comfortable, but I wish that the shoulders were adjustable and that the fabric didn't roll up below my breasts.

But you have to pull it over your head
At first, I was so happy to receive the shapermint bra and tried it on and it felt so comfortable. The price was good. But as the days progressed, as I was bending and working in the garden and around the house the "girls" would pop out! And the bra shifted below my breasts. It also seems as there is too much give in the shoulder straps and they are not holding me up securely! I can't go up a size? I am at xl now and not sure? The cups seem to small. Not really happy anymore. With all the issues. I will say the snap hook feature is a good feature and very comfortable.
