Shapermint customer service is nice, but the garments I tried didn't fit me well. That I can explain with being petite size and Shapermint doesn't carry petit sized shapewear. So sad about not finding my perfect fit.

The 1st bra I ordered, did not fit right. I was so disappointed. I used your text in real time service. The lady that helped me was so nice and suggested a different style. I love it! Perfect fit and soooo comfy. I will be ordering more! Thank you!
Bra straps curl up and are itchy. Good support. Good material around the chest, good back closure. Just itchy straps which are super annoying.

I have ordered several times from you. I was assured by customer service that on my shipped order I would receive the laundry bag as the advertisement promised. Three times I was told the laundry bag would come with the order. I had expressed in both the second and third times that is what was told to me and not delivered. I like that I can wear it all day. Can't hide me being bloated but at least I can move around. I wish it had a hole so I can use the bathroom however I'm overall happy with my shapermint. I did like the recommendation from the representative. Thank you.
