Very dissatisfied with the check out process. After entering my payment information, it goes directly to checkout without showing a review of my order and total amount charged. I was not even sure the 10% discount was added. I had to "chat" through messages to get information about my order, because no phone # is offered for Customer Services. I found out later that all emails were going to Spam. I was really thinking about not ordering from them again because I can't see what they are charging before I authorize payment.
I think I would have preferred the boy shorts as the panties are a bit tight when I walk. I will also try the shorts in a smaller size to get a better fit around the belly area. In all, I love it cos it never rolls down and I maintain same look without making adjustments through out the day
My shaper gives me so much confidence. I feel like everything is being held in its' proper place. Bonus! IT IS SO COMFORTABLE!
